We welcome you to this beautiful country house for 8 - 9 guests in Pina, surrounded by a dreamy garden and with a great pool. The exterior area of this house is extraordinary. The garden is the central point of attraction and a true beauty, since it features an amazing greenery thanks to the grat variety of trees, flowers and a large green lawn by the chlorine pool. The pool is fenced in order to protect the little ones, and it sizes 10 x 5 metres while its depth goes from 1.05 to 2.10 metres. Its long shape invites to swim some lengths apart from refreshing and having fun. There is an exterior shower bathroom for your comfort. There are 8 sun loungers available as well as a fantastic porch with barbecue and a wood oven where you can choose between a delicious grilled dinner or home-made pizzas. The recently built house responds to the Mallorcan traditional style and presents two floors. It includes a living-dining room, kitchen, for bedrooms with their corresponding wardrobe and three bathrooms. You can enter the living room open to the dining room from the porch, and it is equipped with a sofa, two armchairs and satellite TV. The sliding doors gives access to the kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, double fridge and another table to have lunch or comfortably prepare delicious recipes. The laundry room is independent and it counts with a washer, an iron and an ironing board. This floor comes with a double bed bedroom which has space enough for a cot and a high chair, and exit to the outside. There is also a shower bathroom. When you go upstairs, you will find a shower bathroom, a second double bed bedroom with also a sofa bed for the extra guest, a third bedroom with two twin beds, and the last one with double bed and en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath. All of them have exit to the terrace and nice views. The house counts with air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms and central heating for the whole house. This finca is located at the end of a path, with a few direct neighbours, so this is a quiet area. Pina is a little and family village, surrounded by fertile lands dedicated to irrigation and cereals, almonds and carobs. There are some archaeological remains of the people who lived here ages ago. So it is charming village with cultural points of interest like the convent of Sa Creu, the Fountain or the valley and the viewpoint of Pina, where you can admire the marvellous hills. Those who love nature and excursions will find here their place. The nearest beach is in Palma, the capital of the island, where you will also fins a great cultural, service and leisure offer. There is exterior parking for 3 cars. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
