Located in a residential area with other holiday homes just 350 m (by stairs) or 900 m (by car) to the beach at Cala Santanyi. The romantic fishing village of Cala Figuera with charming harbour, restaurants and shops is 1.5 km with colourful fishing boats that float in the beautiful bay, numerous cafes and restaurants offer wonderful food and cool drinks. Santanyi is less that 4 km, an authentically Mallorcan town with a serene atmosphere, great places to eat and a fantastic twice weekly market. This 'golden-stone' town borders the second largest nature park in the Balearics and is a gateway to miles of natural coastline and to the best beaches of the island:
