House Rental

The houseJardi is a lovely two-storey country house with bright airy rooms furnished in a classic style. The outside is very spacious with a great garden with beautiful lawned areas with tall palm trees.From the entrance we access to the hall with a guest toilet and to a bright and airy living room with two double sets of French doors opening onto the large covered terrace overlooking the pool. Adjacent there is a dining room. The kitchen is spacious offering an induction cooker and a breakfast table; there is also access to the pool area. The ground floor offers two bedrooms; a master bedroom with a beautiful rustic touch, it has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a bath and access to the outside. Close to this bedroom is the utility room with the washing machine; it has access to the exterior. The second is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower-room. From the hall stairs take us to the upper floor that boasts two twin bedrooms. One with en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a terrace partially covered terrace with great open views of the surroundings and the pool area. The other is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower-room. This bedroom can also access the terrace from the corridor. The exterior is wonderful, really spacious and relaxing with pine trees, oleanders an old wild olive tree and a great and well kept lawned garden with tall palm trees that provide a nice shade during the hottest days of the summer. Here there is plenty space for the kids to run and play around. There is a big covered terrace with a sitting area, and a table and chairs for “al fresco” dining. The pool is lovely shaped with Roman steps with a fountain; an ornate rock partly submerged. Around the pool there is a large sun terrace with another fountain and sun beds, the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the long summery days. At the corner of the terrace there is a covered barbecue area with a great brick built barbecue, a sink and a long table with benches. The property is closed with a gate and there is space to park the cars inside. Tourist tax 2.20 per person from 16 years old per night not included in the price Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: VTV/1012
