The apartment has an open living/dining/kichen area -living-room with sofa-bed for 1 children- with access to a balcony garden wiews and partial sea views. There is a twin bedroom and a shower room. The washing machine is in the shower room.
There is a community pool overlooking the sea and direct access to the sea with ladder on the rocks.

Un sacco di BESTIE impreviste
Forte delle recensioni di altri utenti e ormai avendo prenotato siamo arrivati a Ferrera Park appartament 617. L'appartamento è anche grande e ha una bellissima vista mare. Però il positivo si chiude qui. Premetto che in vacanza siamo estremamente adattabili... Avevo letto che mancavano spugna e detersivo piatti, li ho portati da casa. Avevo letto delle zanzare, ho portato la macchinetta antizanzare. Avevo letto dei rumori durante la notte e scarico non funzionante, ho portato i tappi per le orecchie. Quello che NON mi aspettavo era l'invasione delle formiche visto che era già stato segnalato da un'altra persona e mi immaginavo (sbagliando!) che il problema fosse risolto...e le BLATTE DI NOTTE. Ebbene sì hai capito bene! SCARAFAGGIONI che escono e te li trovi dappertutto. Ho chiamato oggi (siamo al secondo giorno di vacanza!) E mi hanno risposto con estrema calma spagnola che sarebbero venuti con lo spray e FORSE domani a disinfestare "LAS CUCARACHAS". Io non credo che verranno, infatti oggi non si sono visti. Dovrò comprare io qualcosa se vogliamo continuare la vacanza senza scappare.
Aggiungo alla precedente recensione: stamattina sono venute due signore delle pulizie e mi hanno pulito l'appartamento, anche se non hanno fatto molto di diverso da quello che avevo già fatto io per eliminare le formiche e cambiato gli asciugamani (non si sa perché) ma sono state gentili. Ho fatto notare che senza un po' di veleno anti formiche quelle ritorneranno... E allora mi hanno dato uno spray e ho fatto io. Esattamente una disinfestazione professionale 🤣
Speriamo bene e teniamo duro!
PS mi hanno detto che gli scarafaggi sono tipici spagnoli... Quindi Olè!
