One bedroom apartment, sleeps 2. Fantastic view, immaculate and sunny apartment situated in a small, calm edifice. The comfortable south facing living/dining room has a superb view across the sea you can equally enjoy from the spacious balcony. The friendly kitchen and utility area has a fridge/freezer, hob and oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle. One bedroom with cupboards. Linen, towels & cleaning provided.Cable TV, wifi internet access. Outside basement car park. Bus stop just outside, in front of the apartment. Restaurants, coffee shop, sea bathing within 5 min walking and supermarket, bakery, post office, pharmacy, shopping centre, within 5 min drive. Small Supermarket 2 minutes away.

I can't recommend Filip's Blue Room more. Great accommodation, gorgeous balcony and fabulous hosts.
We went when I was pregnant and nothing was too much for Filip. Looking forward to getting back there to introduce him to our boy. ☺

It was a pleasure having these gentle, polite and funny couple at my apartment. They take good care of the place, furniture and devices, respecting the rules as they were at their own place. People like this are always very welcoming at Blue Room Apartment. Hey, come again and bring the baby. He is very welcome too and I can prepare a tinny bed to him. Good luck and take care. :-)

Apartamento muito bem decorado. As fotos correspondem à realidade. Boa localização, andando se chega facilmente na praia. Estacionamento gratuito no exterior do prédio. Proprietário super simpático, atencioso e sempre zeloso pelo nosso bem estar e satisfação.
Recomendaria este apartamento a todos os meus familiares e amigos.

It was a pleasure to receive at my apartment people like Abel. He respected all the rules of the place and keept it safe as it was his own home: took good care of equipment, kitchen devices and furniture. We keep in touch when he had some doubts about a levada walking or something that he would like to do in the island. I tried to help him as best as I could even offering myself to join in a beautiful Levada walking up high in the mountains because I had free time one that day. So Abel, you and you're family and friends are more than welcome again at Blue Room Apartment. Thank you. Filipe

Beautiful beachside stay
I loved my stay in the Blue Room Apartment. It was very clean and spacious and its close proximity to the beach was ideal! There was plenty of parking which was very convenient for me as I rented a car during my stay. The ocean views from the living room really made me feel like I was on holiday. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Canicio im Blue Room Appartment. Die Ferienwohnung bot alles, was wir brauchten. Vor allem der Balkon hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben nur dort gegessen und lange abends draußen gesessen. Für sehr große Menschen ist allerdings das Bett sehr kurz. (Ich denke nur 1,90 lang).
Felipe war sehr hilfsbereit und reagierte auf Anfragen sofort.
Ein toller Urlaub.

About the neighborhood
There are some scuba diving schools down at the beach. There is as well a nice promenade to walk near the sea. There are some local fisch restaurants and bars. Five minutes up by car or 25 on foot you will find Caniço city where you can find banks, big supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, stores, etc. Up in Caniço you can do as well a beautifull Levada walking that takes you to Camacha a local up close to Caniço. The botanical garden is not far from here too, about 20 minutes by car and you will have a variety of beautiful flora of Madeira.

How to get there
From the airport you can take a taxi that will cost you around 25€. But if you arrive in a suitable time for me (if I'm not working) I can pick you up in the airport for half of that price. Just send me a message informing at what time will you be arriving and if you wish that I pick you up.
If you hire a car in the airport you take the speed way in direction to Funchal and get out (take the exit that says Caniço de Baixo) and drive in drection to the ocean. The apartment is close to the big white hotel called Riu Palace Hotel.
