Surrounded by a wonderful private Italian park with a unique view. Complete privacy embedded in the green hills of the famous Chianti area. In the wood it's possible to walk or to look for mashrooms. The farm is known for the production of a very good red wine Chianti Classico, white wine and olive oil.
Only 5 minute drive to Impruneta amenities and Ugolino Sporting Centre with golf, tennis and swimmingpool. Halfway between Florence (12 km far) and Greve in Chianti (15 km far), next to the ‘via Chiantigiana’, that runs directly south from Florence to Siena through the middle of the Chianti Classico wine zone of Tuscany. The farm covers about 16 hectares of hills surrounding the ancient Villa Torre Alberghieri, including the park, the holiday accommodation, the winery and the shed for agricultural machines. With great passion we cultivate our 3,5 hectares of vineyards, 2 hectares of olive groves, 3 hectares of seminative and manage 6 hectares of wood. The vinification of all our grapes takes place in our cellars, where we produce different excellent types of Chianti Classico red wines with which we welcome our guests on arrival. Our extra-virgin olive oil is equally precious to our wines.
The property is only a 5-minute drive from the Ugolino Sporting Club, including 5 tennis courts, 2 soccer fields, gym, sauna, solarium, swimming pool. Moreover, for golf fans one of the most prestigious clubs, the Golf Club Ugolino.

How to reach us from North
From Bologna or from the Florence airport, take the highway A1 in direction of Rome, exit at Firenze-Impruneta, then follow the guidelines for Impruneta. After the town's main square, continue straight on into the provincial road 'SP 69' (Via Pancole km 8 V-8 VI). Enter the big iron gate on your right (Chianti and Art, n° 141).
How to reach us from South
From Rome, take the highway A1 in direction of Florence, exit at Firenze Sud (Florence South) and after pay toll (50 m) turn on your right, following direction towards Greve - Siena and take the first turning on right sign-posted Grassina until you come to the centre of the village (approx 2 kms). Continue straight on along Route 222, the very attractive Chiantigiana highway passing through Ugolino Golf Course, until Martellina (just before reaching Strada in Chianti), and turn on your right signposted Impruneta onto the provincial road 'SP 69' (Via Pancole km 8 V- 8VI). Enter the big gate on your left (Chianti and Art, n° 141).
How to reach us by bus
It is also possible to reach us by SITA bus from Florence. The bus station is 100 yards to the left of the Railway Station (SMN). The trip takes 40 min, route via Grassina.
