This villa features an outdoor pool, sunbeds, two sitting areas and a beautiful garden.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms that sparkle with purity with shower cabin, fully equipped kitchen and a living room with fireplace and comfortable sofa near the cozy fireplace. A kitchen comes with a refrigerator and an oven, microwave, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine and cookware/dishes/utensils to prepare your meals.
Air-conditioned rooms open to furnished patios near the pool with sunbeds. Pool towels are also provided. Bathrooms include showers, bathrobes, slippers, and complimentary toiletries.
Free WiFi in public areas and free self parking are also provided.
A car is necessary to reach the Villa.
Housekeeping included.

Απλα φοβερο
Φοβερο, ανετο και καθαρο σπιτι. Ειχε ολες τις ανεσεις και λειτουργικους χωρους. Μας αρεσε να καθομαστε πολλες ωρες στη πισινα και να χαλαρωνουμε.

Un'oasi di pace
Bellissima grande casa sulla collina a 10 minuti di auto dalla chora, ha tre camere matrimoniali e un ampio salotto con divano letto, cucina super attrezzata, 2 bei bagni, doccia anche esterna ,lavatrice, lavastoviglie, spazio esterno davvero bello con patio, tavolo e divanetti, la pulizia viene fatta ogni 2 o 3 giorni.
Irene, la proprietaria, è disponibile e molto gentile, è stato un vero piacere essere suoi ospiti

Excellent!
We loved staying at the Villa of Roses! Very comfortable, fully equipped house with a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a beautiful patio. Very clean, all the comforts of home. Wi-fi and AC worked fine. The host takes excellent care of the guests. Fantastic daily cleaning and new towels daily. We even got towels to use at the beach. Although the house is up in the hills in a very rural area the town is just a 5 minute drive away and the port and old town are max 10 mins away. An excellent choice!

Relaxing retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa! Irene is an excellent hostess, very friendly, accommodating, and helpful to give recommendations for all of our interests/inquiries. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The views of the sea were lovely and the breeze was refreshing! We easily accessed the port, villages, and beaches with use of a rental car, which I highly recommend. We were only a group of 3, but the villa could comfortably accommodate more people. Truly one of the most relaxing times I’ve had in a long time!

A paradise in Naxos
The villa is perfect and the view awesome! Τhe owner is very helpful and friendly. We had whatever we needed. The house was very clean and stylish, full of flowers which I love them. It is very close to the beach about 1.5 km. I will visit it for sure again!!!

The amazing Villa of Roses
We enjoyed our time in Villa of Roses , the villa is fully equipped . We loved the view to the sea and the villages from the kiosk . I really suggested .

ΑΝΕΣΗ & ΛΙΤΗ ΠΟΛΥΤΕΛΕΙΑ, ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΗ ΦΙΛΟΞΕΝΙΑ ΣΕ ΕΝΑ ΗΡΕΜΟ ΠΕΡΙΒΑΛΛΟΝ
Μείναμε για μία εβδομάδα περίπου, 6 ημέρες στη Villa of Roses,δύο ζευγάρια και η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική. Η τοποθεσία που βρίσκεται το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ καλή, διοτι είναι πολύ κοντά στη χώρα αλλά και πολύ μακριά από θέμα ησυχίας και ξεκούρασης σε ύψος πάνω απο τη χώρα. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι φιλόξενοι ώστε να σε βοηθήσουν σε οτι χρειαστείς (μας δώσαν και βιβλιο οδηγό για τα χωριά που θα επισκεφτούμε). Το σπίτι έχει όλες τις ανέσεις, που μπορείς να πάς μόνο με τα ρούχα σου και τιποτα άλλο. Διαθέτει καλλυντικά μπάνιου, μπουρνούζια, καθημερινή καθαριότητα, παντόφλες κα, κουζινικά που νοιώθεις σαν το σπιτί σου και είναι ιδανικό και για παρέα φίλων και για μια οικογένεια με παιδια που ζητούν την ιδιωτικότητα και την αυτονομία τους σε ένα μοναδικό χώρο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες έχουν φροντίσει να σε καλωσορίσουν με τα πρώτα τρόφιμα ώστε να μην χρειαστεί να ψωνίσεις κατα την αφιξη για το πρωινο σου. Δεν σε κλείνει τπτ γιατί έχει αίθριο έξω να πιεις τον καφέ σου (εχει μεχρι και μηχανη nespresso), να φας με τραπεζαρία και θέα τα χωριά της ναξου και μερικώς την θάλασσα, πάρκινγκ και γενικά οι χώροι είναι προσεγμένοι και ομορφα διακοσμημένοι. Αξίζει τα λεφτα του πραγματικά. θα ξαναβρεθούμε σίγουρα σε αυτό το υπέροχο νησί και θα μείνουμε οπωσδήποτε στη Villa of Roses. Ισως το καλοκαίρι για μπανακια καθως οι πιο γνωστές παραλίες του νησιού είναι αρκετά κοντά με το αυτοκίνητο. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.
