Well situated and close to all attractions this house has 3 bedrooms each with full bath and AC. The house is well equiped, Cable TV, WIF internet, studio and library and plenty of space to move around. In the centre of the house is a great swimming pool that allows you to refresh and relax.
Positives: Plenty, plenty of room! In addition to the 3 bedrooms there is a huge front room, a patio by the pool, and an upstairs room overlooking the pool that could be an office. A nice bonus is the pool table, which has seen better days. It was quiet, away from the noise of the busier parts of Granada. The pool was nice-sized. AC's in the bedrooms worked good. The management team was helpful and easy to work with.
Negatives: The decor can best be described as "rustic" and I'll leave it at that. If you don't like walking 6-7 blocks in the heat/humidity to get to the restaurant area, then plan on using taxi's a lot. The maid showed up inconsistently and didn't do much when there. If hot water is important to you, there was none when we were there, so make sure and ask the owner if it's available now.

My Home for a Month
Casa Camila met my every expectations - the house is very functional and of course the pool is the centerpiece. The sala is very large, but we did not used due to the heat - the kitchen was open and a great place to cook and visit. the upstairs office has a great view of Mombacho. The AC work very well in the bedrooms. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is 5 leaves no room for improvement - very minor things like kitchen equipment, bed linens and towels could use a little upgrade. the neighbors did have several dogs that seems to be caged and would start barking early in the morning and would wake us frequently -- I know this cannot be controlled, but it was an issue. Owner and property manager were very responsive, but it was beyond their control. I would definitely stay at Casa Camila again. The central park is about a 10 minute walk, walking slow. I felt safe at night - the nice grocery store is an easy walk - but everywhere in the city is 35 cents by taxi day or 70 cents night. I rented a bike for the month. Enjoy
