Casa Anita, located only three blocks from the park, is a warm and inviting colonial home. The beautiful archways and decorative columns give this home a true colonial feel. Located only 1.5 blocks from the Merced Church, which has one of the best views in Granada from its bell tower, Casa Anita is close to shops, art galleries, restaurants and the La Calzada tourist center.
Upon entering Casa Anita, you will find a comfortable living area complete with TV and DVD. In the center is a small, open aired garden and pool where you can cool down and relax after a day of sight seeing. A comfortable dining table for six is just off the living area as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

Great Casa
Stayed at Casa anita march 2013 and it was a fantastic rental.The pool in the living area was great to cool off while watching tv.The place is very spacious and well cared for and the bedrooms were nice with a balcony on the outside overlooking your living area and pool below.

Great convenient location as advertised
2 couples stayed for a week at Casa Anita. Comfortable, convenient location, Internet connection was great compared to other Nica locations. The pool, while in an inner courtyard was used morning, afternoon and night to help cool down. Bedrooms were comfortable with good air conditioning and water pressures and showers were very good. The washer/drier are very useful. GPS, the management company, was very helpful - the washing machine was not functioning upon arrival but had it repaired within 2 days and provided laundry service at no charge while the repairs were being made. GPS also helped in recommending drivers and tour operators. Would highly recommend this home for a stay in Granada

Very comfortable, just some appliance issues
I stayed at Casa Anita with my 2 teenage kids. Worked out great. Pool was wonderful to use after being out in the hot sun all day. Rooms also very comfortable - only used A/C one night because we got such a nice breeze through the French doors.
Had some trouble with the way you lock the door (no "pin" for the sliding portion of the door), oven/range (handle fell off when opening the oven and only one setting - high - for stove) and washer (stopped working with tub full of clothes and water).
I reported all of that to Granada Property Services. Elizabeth was very kind and responsive - Hopefully all can be taken care of for the next visitors.
