House Rental

The house is spacious with several areas to relax and enjoy your vacation time. Located in a quiet neighborhood just off of “Millionaires Row”, you are only five blocks from the center of town. You enter Casa del Sol through a typical living area with many antiques and beautiful handmade rocking chairs. The living area opens onto a large colonial-style open courtyard and swimming pool. Just to the right of the living area is a large master bedroom with a king bed, air conditioning, fan, private bath and plenty of closet space. As you exit the living room there’s a corridor with a wicker furniture sitting area to relax. On the west corridor there is a small table for six where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a game of cards. Located in a quiet neighborhood just off of “Millionaires Row”, you are only five blocks from the center of town. You enter Casa del Sol through a typical living area with many antiques and beautiful handmade rocking chairs. The living area opens onto a large colonial-style open courtyard and swimming pool. Just to the right of the living area is a large master bedroom with a king bed, air conditioning, fan, private bath and plenty of closet space. As you exit the living room there’s a corridor with a wicker furniture sitting area to relax. On the west corridor there is a small table for six where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a game of cards. There is a large, enclosed dining area with a table which seats eight just off the large fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find everything you need to prepare gourmet meals or simple snacks. On the north corridor, there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin-size beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning as well as ceiling fans, dressers and night tables. There is a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. On the east corridor, there are three additional bedrooms. The first has a queen bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, a large closet and shares a full bath with the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a twin bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The third bedroom has a twin bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Also located on this corridor is a large full bath. In the center of the home you will find a sparkling swimming pool, exactly what you need after a day of touring Granada. Enjoy sunning by the pool, having a snack poolside or whiling away the hours in one of our handmade hammocks. Casa del Sol is the perfect vacation home for you and your friends and family. And if you happen to need more space, the home has a connecting hallway to Casa Gallo which gives you four additional bedrooms.

Electric Deposit: Ten percent (10%) of your daily or weekly rental rate is towards the payment of electrical usage i.e on a $1200 US rental $120 US is allotted for electrical usage. On arrival the meet and greet team at GPS require a credit card be supplied for potential overages. Your meter will be read upon check-in and check-out and any excess will be charged to your credit card.
