Built in 2006, this five-bedroom, three-level southern Colonial home sits on five acres of land, with over 7,000 square feet of living space. With an over-looking balcony, it features a large kitchen with full amenities, a dining, living, sitting room and recreation room, and a large sunken Jacuzzi overlooking a built-in fireplace. We can accommodate bachelorette/bachelor parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc.

You must stay here!
My family and I book at Angel Nest B&B every time we are in the Charlottesville area. Angela is the best host and always very flexible and helpful. We never have to worry about breakfast because the fridge is always stocked, and there’s more than enough space for our family and friends to all stay comfortably. Plus, we always look forward to the holiday/seasonal decorations that make the house so inviting and homey. We love Angel Nest!

The best kept secret
The house was beautiful from the front door. The host made sure everything that you would need for your getaway, was provided. The location was perfect. It felt like a retreat in the woods but yet close enough to stores, shopping, and local wineries. We will definitely be going back.

Exceeded our expectations
Wow! This is the nicest home we've rented. It is spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. It is very clean and well-maintained. There are several casual areas (indoor and outdoor) to sit, relax and enjoy each others' company. There are no neighbors in sight, yet we were just minutes from "civilization". The owner was very accommodating, with nice touches such as leaving a bottle of local wine chilling for us. The beds were clean and comfortable, with only the crickets for noise as we drifted off to sleep. If you want a very nice place to stay near Charlottesville's historic venues or Barboursville's wineries, this is the place to be.

My guest is welcome to come back at any time. They left the Inn immaculate. There was great communication between the guest and I. Breakfast was provided and the guest loved having this available to them.
