Cottage
Western View Cottage, is only 3 min walk to beach and comes with a free gas 4 seater golf cart, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, 5 gal water cooler, outside grill, beach chairs, fishing rods, cooler, floats, snorkel gear, wi fi , cable TV, . I also do charter's for my guests at a discounted price for fishing and snorkeling, swimming pig's, feeding turtles and fish in the wild, sand dollar beach, cliff jumping, looking for sea glass and Shell's, beach picnicking, etc. No pets allowed at Any time. Loved every minute of it!!!
My wife was looking for a special place to celebrate my birthday. We found this charming spacious cottage on the vrbo site. Getting here was quite the adventure including a watertaxi to Spanish Wells. It was truly thrilling! From the moment we set foot on land we were spoiled by the wonderful owner, he met us with a golf cart that was going to be our mode of transportation, included in the rental. A wonderful meal of lobster and peas and rice was waiting for us in the home. The beach is a couple of minutes walk away. This is a place for relaxation and quiet. Plenty to do as far as watersports (also included in the rate). We just loved our stay here and will surely be back...

Great Vacation due to wonderful hospitality of hosts!
Tyson and April take good care of their guests by communicating before, during and after your stay. We had problems with airline and were a day late - they helped me figure out alternative transportation to make the trip possible. Once arrived, their daughter was at dock to pick us up - no waiting - and got us settled. Having lobster dinner waiting for us at the house was a big help with hungry teenagers! The house is clean, beds comfy, easy walk to beach, etc. The people on Spanish Wells overall are wonderful. We love it and can't wait to return. Highly recommend renting from the Newbolds AND going out on Tyson's boat - look him up at TymanFishing.com - really not enough nice things to say. It's Monday and we are back to reality refreshed relaxed and already looking at calendar for a date to return!

Paradise
This property is truly a home away from home. Everything you need is there from cooking utensils,spices to transport and a lovely beach which you basically have to yourself. The owners are helpful as well as the town folks. You can stay here and do many activities or just relax.

Perfect piece of Heaven
We actually stayed in 2014 and failed to leave the feedback. From the minute we stepped on the island the owners were hospitable and helpful. They had a meal for us all ready for the arrival night. We explored the entire island during our week in the house. The golf cart is included (a must) it helped us to explore the entire island and we used their kayaks to go out off shore and explore Pierre Rock. Food is expensive no matter if in a restaurant or in a grocery store but we found ways to cook local fish catch and bananas were ripe in the back yard. The bikes were also fun to use. Owners are fantastic and we Highly recommend this property. They even provided water in containers so we didn't have to buy it. Loved the location and the beach is Real close.

We All Had A Wonderful Experience
We stayed at Western View Cottage from 3/3-9/19. Everyone had a wonderful time. The communication with April and Ty was exceptional. The house is spacious, great location and had everything we needed. April is a wonderful host and helped with getting to and from Spanish Wells once we landed. We chartered Ty for a half day of fishing, he put us on fish which we grilled that evening. There was a grand Barracuda caught as well. on our boat tour the next day Ty and Brianna were great guides, accommodating and gave us a day of great experiences we won't soon forget with the swimming pigs, snorkeling, holding a sea turtle that Ty dove out of the boat to get.
One would wonder if the beach was truly like the one in the picture? It was! most days we were the only people on the beach except a couple of fly fishermen and couple of people walking. At the beach we saw star fish, a hermit crab and a dolphin. Thanks April, Ty and Brianna

The get here you will need to fly into north eleuthera Bahamas airport. You can fly delta airlines from atlanta, to north eleuthera, silver airlines fly's from ft Lauderdale FL, and america airlines fly's from miami florida,. You can also fly into Nassau Bahamas airport and then you get a flight into north eleuthera, it's about a 18 min flight. Once you arrive at north eleuthera airport I will have david taxi service there to pick you up and bring you to me. It's like $30 for the taxi ride.
