This house on Killington has it all. With scenic mountain views in all directions, this contemporary 14-room home is located on Sunrise Mountain, one of Killington's six peaks. It's just a 50-yard walk to the ski trail that provides direct access to Killington's 200 slopes and trails.

It's just a short drive to Killington Village with a wide selection of restaurants, pubs, entertainment, and nightlife as well as scenic Vermont towns like Woodstock, Ludlow, and Rutland.
Although Killington is mainly known for its ski mountain, summer is truly one of the best seasons to be there with warm days and cool nights. The indoor and outdoor pools are always kept around 80 degrees, and there are lakes, golf courses, chairlifts to Killington's summit, mountain biking, great restaurants, and much more. But best of all, the scenery is amazing. Because we are on Sunrise Mountain, you can catch beautiful summer sunrises right from either of our rear decks if you're inclined to rise at the right time.
And lastly, autumn in Vermont should be on everyone's to do list because the mountains and the colors can truly be awe inspiring.

Great location (ski in, and almost ski out). Nicely furnished especially kitchen. Spacious, surprisingly so from outside appearance. Well maintained. Owner easy to work with.

Fantastic Ski Trip
We stayed at Phil's slopeside Home mid-February. Accommodations were as described, with a short walk to the slopes. Very convenient to the Sunrise Mountain lift which provides access to Bear Mountain and all of Killington trails. We were pleasantly surprised the kitchen was so well equipped! The separate seating with flat screen tv and game room in the basement were wonderful for the teens and a bonus! Access to the recreation center just a few minute drive, but very easy to locate. We had problems with outside lights, but maintenance crew resolved immediately, as well as clearing pathways after snow storms. We hope to return to this unit next year!

Great!!!
I found a perfect house to stay in for my family and friends for our Christmas holiday break. Was exactly what I was looking for: cozy and warm and close to the trails which was a Bear Mountain. Another plus for fully equip kitchen. My polish family love to cook fresh meals. We enjoyed ski during a day, cook a dinner, taking many trips to Health Spa and relaxed in hot tub or jacuzzi. Overall perfect house and close to trails with great views.

Ski home at Killington
We've been here for 10 days in late January. Wonderful place. Excellent home.
We were two families with 4 aDT, CHD 4 with 6.9, 11 and 14 years. We left and came back home from skiing. We used the heated pool at the sport center. the hot tub ... We skate on the frozen pond. Although we are not accustomed to the cold (-13 F/ -25 C) for being Brazilians, we enjoyed a lot. Thank you!

Super cozy
This house is amazing. Super cozy, really well taken care of and Phil is very attentive and helpful. We stayed in the group of 8 and we were really comfortable and had a great time. I highly recommend it!

Amazing Family Vacation!
We are two families who thouroughly enjoyed our Killington vacation at this wonderful ski on ski off home. The accommodations were spacious and everyone had their own bed. We all loved the fire place and making meals in the kitchen. The kids and even a couple of over-grown kids challenged themselves to a couple of rounds of golf in the game room.
The home was conveniently located near the trail. A few days we went down to the spa and took advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub and even braved the cold one afternoon to venture into the outdoor hot tub! The Sunrise Cafe was an added bonus too! The food was superb after a day of skiing. Some of our party even brought their skates, unfortunately for the skaters, we had too much snow on the pond to skate! Oh well, maybe next time.
Thank you so much for opening your Killington slopeside home to our family. We will definitely come back next year to make more memories.

Excellent customer service
This is a great ski house to stay at with very convenient access to killington mtn. The house is very accommodating for a large group and has all the features you would want in a ski house. On top of all that , the owner was very helpful when we forgot our ski boots and he mailed them back to pa and paid for the postage himself. This kind of customer service is outstanding and unfortunately not common these days. If everyone was this helpful the world would be a better place. Thanks so much , looking forward to coming back again next year!

Perfect accommodations for our large group!
I have rented numerous large vacation homes before, but none have been as well equippped as this one. I love the fact that we didn't have to bring linens or supplies of any kind.
The whole house was clean, especially the bathrooms. Plenty of hot water for 12. Plenty of places for a group of unrelated snowboard instructors on a training trip to sleep without feeling - shall we say - weird?
The entrance hall had tons of room for equipment.
The owner was very accessible and always quick to respond to inquiries.
The Sports Center with Hot tub, fitness room and pool was a great place to unwind - top notch!
My only complaint was the grill not functioning, but that really didn't take much away from our stay.
