Faboulas family time with kids and grandkids playing in the snow
Park West Town Home 3987, was the perfect size for our multi-generation family of 11. The back yard, our grandkids sledding hill, and the hot tub made the family vacation extra special and memorable. We greatly appreciated the discount on lift tickets and how close the ski lifts were, not walking distance, but 5 minutes away.

during our stay and made us feel welcome. Thank you.
The location to Salt Lake City and Park City was great, everything we needed or wanted to do was close enough and we loved the privacy and quiet of a home in a good neighborhood setting.
The kitchen is big enough with two dinning tables to seat all of us.
We enjoyed cooking and eating at home rather than eating out.
We would stay here again and recommend this Town Home for family vacations, it's very comfortable and homey. We found the fireplaces not useable or hard to use. The washer & dryer could be upgraded as they are to basic for all fabrics and drying options. We arrived December 26th and celebrated New Year 2013 together with our family leaving January 2nd for home in Texas. Town Home was not decorated for the holidays, this worked well for us, gave us more space in the living areas and kept it simple, less clutter.

fantastic place for a group vacation!
we stayed at this town home for a snowboard/ski trip and loved it! there is plenty of room for a group - not simply enough beds, but room to interact with the entire group without having half of them on the floor or standing around. if we decide to come back to park city for another trip in the future i will absolutely try to stay here again.

Lots of beds & bedroooms!
First, let me say, our group had 6 senior adult men & one 50th year old man. We always look for individual beds & we were pleased to have that in this townhouse. Also, no bunks. The entire place was very nice but we had some complaints. The kitchen could have been better equipped. The heating distribution was bad. The basement bedrooms were cold & 2nd floor too hot. One bedroom on 2nd floor had no dresser to store clothing. A ski rack & boot dryer would be welcomed. This is a ski area. The garage was great. The hot tub was also a good addition but, a bib & hose was needed to refill the tub.
