Come stay in an elegantly rustic and comfortable lodge. Walk to the lake and to restaurants. It has 15 bedrooms and 8 1/2 bathrooms, 3 sets of full-sized washers and dryers, a theater room, hot tub, gas fireplace in main floor living, pool table and foosball table in upstairs loft, well-equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with gas fireplaces and soaking tubs.
Papa Bear Lodge is an ideal gathering place for family reunions or other large groups. We designed this lodge with family reunions in mind, creating nice gathering spaces and individual areas. There is room for everyone! There are two queen sofa sleepers in the upstairs loft area; all other beds (in bedrooms) are either king beds or twin bunks. Maximum occupancy is 50; there are beds for 48.

Entire lodge is rented to one group at a time. Outdoor playground, hot tub, fire pit, and gas grills are available for use.

We are in the heart of Garden City--within walking distance to restaurants, the city park, and the lake. Hiking, the community pool, and other fun activities are a short drive away.
Please keep in mind that we have neighbors; we ask that you respect quiet hours from 10 pm until 8 am.
Car needed to get to Garden City. There is a walking and biking path along Bear Lake Blvd. KOA (about 1 mile away) has bike and 2-, 4-, or 6-person bike cart rentals. Wintertime snowmobile trails, skiing, and sledding are close by as well.
