This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom multilevel home is the perfect family rental that will leave both, the kids and the adults happy. This unit is one of three in the building. The home has a large flat screen TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. A King size bed in the Master Bedroom and two Queen size beds in Bedroom #2. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is a washer and dryer vertical center conveniently located in the home. The Master bedroom has French door openings to the balcony overlooking the back patio and swimming pool area. Other amenities include WiFi throughout the property. Parking on the driveway for two vehicles (one behind the other one).

There are patio chairs in both, the back balcony and in the pool area. There is also a portable charcoal grill, and a round concrete table and benches, with a beach umbrella to enjoy an outdoor BBQ with a cold beverage.
The wonderful SPI beach is only a short walk away. It is about one block from the public beach access. The property is just a few steps away from Padre Boulevard, and within walking distance to several very good, such as PadreRita Grill and Black Beards, two of my favorites!
Enjoy the vast cuisine selection in SPI, or cook your own meals. The kitchen has most of the basics, but if you like to cook, please bring your favorite spices. Bath towels and one set of linens per bed are provided. You also get a startup-kit with some essentials, but we recommend you bring beach gear, including towels, additional everyday supplies and personal toiletries!

House-trained pets allowed through a small pet fee.(2 max) usually $59 per pet. If not included in the original quote, it may be charged after reservation is booked. Notes:

Take me back to SPI. We had a great time in SPI in this condo. Very clean...everything worked! Great communication with the owner. Close to everything.

Relaxation
Condo was very clean; easily accessible to the beach and the bay. Pool in back was a good size and landscaping was nice. Condo contained everything we needed. Definitely pet friendly!

Nice condo with its own lovely pool. Roberto was very friendly and helpful. Nice, cool AC! 2 bedrooms one nice king and the other 2 queens! Very comfortable and walking distance to the beach.

Beautiful, refreshing, pool with an awesome setup for backyard relaxation.
This property is very clean, roomy, and the space is distributed beautifully. We have stayed at several condos at SPI, and this one was, by far, the cleanest and spacious. Come prepared with ALL condiments, add none of those are lingering in their cabinets.

About the neighborhood
The condo sits in a building with only three units. It has all ceramic tile floors and in the patio, a very nice swimming pool.
If you ever been to South Padre Island, you will soon realize the whole town is a tourist/beach town, a sunny paradise in the southern tip of Texas. If you have been here before, you know what I am talking about.
Although a car is not required, we recommend one to move around. South Padre Island also has free public transportation.
