Tiki condo on the beach floor
The condo was just right. It was right on the ground level within walking distance from the beach. If you wanted to bbq there are pits right outside the balcony to the right. The condo was fully stocked with things we could used which was nice. Next door is the Courtyard Marriott with an open lounge bar and the dj plays music til 10 which we enjoyed from the balcony, but when inside you could hardly hear the music due to the well insulated sliding doors. The fireworks were stupendous and right in front of us. Overall it was great and will definitely return for sure.

Had a great time. Nice condo. Very clean. Beach was really close by. Fireworks were amazing…really enjoyed the stay.

Great location right on the beach
We really enjoyed this location with being a ground floor and steps to the beach. Very accommodating for my small family. King bed was very comfy and pull out sleeper sofa work great for my 2 boys. We felt very safe with security walking the property and keeping an eye on things. Views of the ocean from the patio and easy access when needing to come back and forth from the beach. We cooked most meals and the owner had everything we needed. Our kids enjoyed the two pools and was a family friendly environment. Would love to stay here again! Thank you for accommodating me and my family.

Obstructed view
When we arrived we found that the view was not in fact of a grassy area and the beach but instead of a Courtyard Marriot. The hotel's open air bar and restaurant was merely 50 feet outside the patio. They had a DJ that played from the hours of 2 PM until well after 10 PM. I texted the owner and she was aware of the hotel and suggested we stay inside with the doors closed. One of the main reasons for booking was the private, relaxing feel of the patio.The hotel has exterior lights that shined in through the bedroom all evening. The interior of the condo was as described. The AC was not working upon arrival but maintenance arrived quickly; however, it never fully cooled the entire condo. Everything felt clean except for the rugs which were visibly filthy.

Stepping out onto the sand
Condo was quaint and clean and in a perfect location. Literally steps from the beach on a great part of the beach. Private access from condos with gate and code.
Owners are extremely responsive and willing to help at anytime
Worth every penny

Best Place to Stay on the Island
Condo was clean and had everything we needed for a beach vacation. There was ice chest, chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, you name it. And the kitchen is fully stocked. All we needed to bring was clothes and food.. You will need to get your own umbrella, every one on the beach uses one. And the location was great. Was on bottom floor and the beach is right around the corner. Can sit on patio and see beach. They allow dogs also, which is nice. There are 2 pools, and laundromat on property. Make sure to get parking pass at front office. Bed was comfortable, and also has pull out sofa bed. Yes, lots of people on beach, depending on which day you go, but can always find place to sit. And Clayton's restaurant is next door and turtle sanctuary across the street. Highly recommend. Would like to go back next summer!

Perfect Location
Great location on bottom floor with easy access to beach and bbq grills. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed. You just need to get food. Owner walks you trough the process and keeps communication open every step of tbe way. Will definitely be back!

Pet friendly beach view condo
The location is amazing -from a bar b que pit to the beach right at the door step!! Kitchen is fully stocked from non-stick pans to bake ware. All you need is food! Owner response quickly to text messages for all your needs. Most important our 4 legged family member was able to join us on vacation. YES, We'll visit again!!

Great family beach condo

Perfect location to the Beach!
This condo was just what we were looking for. You can see the beach from the condo. Also, they shoot off fireworks every Friday and Saturday in the summer and we had a prime view right from our porch! It's on the first floor, so we didn't have to haul all our stuff upstairs. Step out your door, and you are at the beach in about 2 minutes! The pool was also close and very clean and warm. The owner of this condo was excellent to work with. She answered all my questions promptly and the property was exactly as described in this posting. We would definitely book here again!
