Located 'gulf interior,' this second floor unit has an ocean view from the front porch and your feet are in the sand in less than two minutes. It really is walking distance to the beach. Community pool and BBQ grill available. Parking for 2 cars off street. A half a block stroll to Blackbeards' Restaurant and just a little further to the new Dollar General Store. Super convenient location. This spacious 1100 sq. ft. condo sleeps 6. We provide beach towels, beach chairs and an assortment of beach toys. Just bring your bathing suit and your sunscreen and you are ready for the beach. We have an amazing local property manager that's close by to help you with any issues with the unit. I'm usually just a phone call away unless I happen to also be on vacation. Our house is on a great street with single family, duplex, and four-plex properties. It's a mix of owner-occupied and rentals. Our house is on a great street with single family, duplex, and four-plex properties. It's a mix of owner-occupied and rentals. There are traditional 'beach houses on stilts' to brand new high-end homes. You are less than 200 yards to Neptune Circle Beach Access #16.
Getting around
We recommend a car for your stay. But, it's not required. If you fly in and out of Brownsville International Airport there is a free shuttle to the Island. While on the Island you can use the free Wave Shuttle that also connects to Port Isabel.
