Mustang Towers unit 102 is a first-floor ocean front condominium. You'll begin to relax as soon as you step inside. This condo, located just above the dunes, is a newly updated, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps 6. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room, smaller ones in each bedroom, and WIFI throughout the condo. The kitchen, living room, and dining room flow together, and have a beautiful view of the Gulf through the floor to ceiling balcony windows. You can watch the waves from the balcony or while preparing a snack in the kitchen. The condo has new furniture in each room, and LVT flooring in the entire unit.
Upon entering to the right is a laundry room with a-new full-sized washer and dryer. On the left past the laundry room is the guest bedroom and shower tub combo bathroom. The guest bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, nightstands, dresser and mirror. A closet is available for your use.
Just past the laundry room to the right is a beautiful fully stocked kitchen. Including stainless steel appliances, blender, hand mixer, toaster, Keurig and a drip coffee maker; perfect for preparing any meal. The kitchen has a large work surface with an overhang on the dining room side allowing seating for 3. The huge dining room wood table has a bench on one side and four chairs, and comfortably seats a minimum of 6 adults.
Your guests will not have to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa sleeper as a Queen-sized Murphy bed is just across from the dining room table. There's plenty of room to open the Murphy bed while the table remains in place. Right next to the table are the huge soft pillow backed couches and two large comfy reclining chairs. You can soak up the view or watch a movie on the large mounted flat screen T.V. Take a nap and wake up to the view of the ocean!
Next to the living room is the master bedroom separated by large wood sliding Barndoors, complete with a King-sized bed, nightstands, flatscreen TV, dresser and mirror. A large closet is available for your use. The ensuite bathroom has a stunning white marble walk-in glass shower that is complete with a corner shower seat.
The balcony has 4 chairs and offers splendid views of the endless waves, and spectacular sunrises.
