Leave of Absence can sleep up to 12 adults and has 2 bedrooms on the bottom level, one with two twin over twin bunk beds and the other with two full size beds. In the hallway between these bedrooms is a bathroom with tub shower combo and a laundry room across the hall from it. Up on the 2nd level of the home you will find the living, dining, and kitchen with stainless appliances as well as the master bedroom which boasts a king size bed and its own en suite. You can access the rear sun deck and staircase to the pool via the back door off of the kitchen and the front balcony with the partial view is accessible off of the living room. On the third level you will find a private loft area with gulf, bay, and ship channel views. Up here you will find a queen size sleeper sofa as an additional sleeping area. This home has flat screen TVs with cable service in the living room and each bedroom, wireless internet service and a washer/dryer. This house has a two car garage which guests are allowed to use. You can park 2-3 standard size vehicles in the driveway as well. Boat parking is okay so long as you are contained to the driveway/garage and off of the street. Please note that the 3rd floor loft area is considered the 4th bedroom. This area is private with its own TV and sleeper sofa. Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons. • All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels. • A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap will be provided. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs. • Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear. SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.More
