You will certainly enjoy your spectacular view of the Guadalupe River and its riverfront from your own balcony. We invite you to take advantage of the beautiful barbeque area, with picnic tables, gorgeous pecan trees, and make sure you bring down your beach towels so while the hamburgers are on the grill, you can cool off in one of the two swimming pools. With trees that surround your patio corner, it is a perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening cocktails!

-Run the dishwasher and make sure all dishes are clean. Our cleaning service will unload the dishwasher.

-Lock all doors upon departure.

Memorial Day Fun
I went with about 6 of my friends and it was perfect. The condo didn't feel over crowded and it had everything we needed. Only down side was the very uptight security and the closing of the pool being at 11 on the weekends. Other than that, Kara was accommodating and resourceful. Very quick to respond to emails and was enjoyable to work with. Definitely would go back!!!

Great rental
This place was perfect! Very clean and spacious, we had 8 adults in our group and we had enough room without feeling crowded. The grounds are well kept and lighted. Very close to downtown. Walmart, and river access areas. There is security patrol at night. We didn't have any problems or complaints. I would rent this place again, everything was great!!!

FABULOUS girls get-a-way weekend trip
My friends and I stayed at the Guadalupe Dew Drop Inn and absolutely loved it. It's a really nice 2/2, great location, and very spacious. The unit is located on the 2nd floor (corner unit) with a nice view of the Comal river. There was enough room to sleep 8 people comfortably. There is a pool and hot tub onsite which was convenient. The grounds are kept very nice, and police officers/ security patrolled the area (especially during the night at the pool- must wear wrist bands). I will definitely rent again next year.
We floated the Comal river, and Comal Rockin' R literally picked us up from the condo (thanks to our driver, John). Gruene Hall and the Gristmill are approximately a 15 minute drive (not bad) from the condominium.
