-Please leave sheets, comforters, etc ON the beds
-Run the dishwasher and make sure all dishes are clean. Our cleaning service will unload the dishwasher
-Take out ALL trash (including bathrooms) to outside dumpster
-Lock all doors and place the key back in the lockbox

Great Vacation Condo!
This was our first time staying in this specific condo even though we have stayed at Waterwheel Condos before. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The living room furniture was comfortable and inviting. Overall, it felt like home from the moment we walked in.
The location of this condo can't be beat! The Guadalupe river runs behind the complex and it's also next to Cypress Bend Park. There is a weekend pickup by Rockin' R at this location which is a super convenient way to float the river. We'll be back next summer.

EXCELLENT STAY!
LOVED our stay here! Great place to stay in New Braunfels! This condo has a Great view, located in the heart of all attractions, and very accommodating!
We will definitely make reservations here again!
