Wir hatten die Wohnung wege der Lage gebucht und weil sie zwei Schlafzimmer mit seperaten Bädern hat. Die Lage ist top, Restaurant und Shopping alles in nächster Nähe. Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnanlage ruhig. Die gesamte Anlag ist sehr gepflegt, der Poolbereich immer sauber und genügend Liegen. Die Wohnung selber ist in einer guten Grösse, 4 Erwachsene haben gut Platz. Die Ausstattung ist modern und sehr umfangreich, da fehlt nichts. Alles in allem sehr sauber und funktionell. Ein grosser Balkon mit Tisch und Stühle ist vorhanden, ideal für ein gemütliches Frühstück oder Abendessen. Ein Parkplatz in der Anlage gehört dazu (wichtig bei Mietwagen, da die Parksituation ausserhalb eher schlecht ist). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieterin war immer für uns da und gut erreichbar. Von uns eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Excellent first class, secure 2/3 bedroom apartment close to all amenities including restaurants, bars and shopping. Apartment was spotless on arrival with everything you need for your holiday within the apartment, you only need beach towels (the owner provides most consumables i.e. toilet roll, hand wash, dishwasher tablets, washing powder etc). There is a small safe that was not mentioned in the details. The only down side was the sun beds around the pool whilst sufficient for all guests including the local resident owners there was no mattresses available which meant that after a short while they became uncomfortable. Perhaps Yulia could provide them in future as we only found them in the local shops on our last day at less than €10 each. This is our second visit to the apartment and will be returning next year. Please note the apartment is very comfortable for 4 guests.

What an amazing week we had, apartment was fantastic, had everything you could need plus more. Brilliant location. So clean, literally can not fault this. Everything was within 5 minute walk away. My only issue was, and not the owners fault, after leaving home at 7am to finally arrive at 5:30pm we had to wait an hour for the agent to let us in, with no apologies or help with our bags as had 2 very young children in buggy. Again, not the owners fault she was wonderful and couldn’t fault the amazing apartment, it’s location. Will highly recommend to anyone. We can’t wait to go back again

Thank goodness for this property...having experienced an apartment from hell close by this was like a holiday lifeline for our family. The apartment itself was decorated and kept to a very high standard. The environment was clean, well furnished and had everything required for a self catering holiday. The complex itself was relaxing and would be somewhere we would recommend to family and friends. The location is ideal with an array of bars and restaurant close by. We had an enjoyable stay and would certainly look at booking again in the future. The owner was very helpful and accommodating at such short notice given our circumstances.

This apartment is maintained to the highest standard with everything you could need. It's location is central to everything; bars, restaurants, shops and beach, with public transport and taxis on the doorstep.

We stayed in January 2018. The apartment was clean modern and centrally located but our only problem was with the size of the apartment. There were 6 adults and really the apartment was only big enough for 3 couples rather than the 6 brothers and sisters that we are who needed our own privacy, None the less as said good location and modern apartment. Balcony was in the shade this time of year which was chilly and the bathroom door didn't lock.

Great Air Conditioned 3 bedroom Apartment, clean and modern. 2 x double bedrooms (1x ensuite & 1x with Balcony) and 1x Small bedroom. All rooms are very spacious and plenty of hanging/storage places. Kitchen: This was ideal and had all the Mod cons, plenty of everything. Living Room: Comfortable Sofa bed & great large Smart TV! (Only negative is the Living Room could do with some Curtains fitting, especially if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed) Large balcony with table/chairs/umbrella Pool: The Apartment overlooks the pool, which is a nice size, very clean and plenty of sun lounges and umbrellas; was quiet during our stay. Location: About 5-10 min walk to the beach & shopping / entertainment areas. 2-3 min walk to the supermarket and Bus Stop for Siam / Siam Shopping Mall. Overall, an excellent, clean and well presented apartment. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Walking distance to bars , shops, and beach couldn't wish for more, everything on the doorstep. The apartment had everything you needed, home from home with even a cot, high chair and toys for the baby. The complex was small and lovely lthe large balcony overlooking the pool.
