Property description
Luxury two bedroomed apartment in probably the best location in Tenerife. Recently refurbished to a very high standard. The kitchen has stone worktops and an automatic washing machine. The lounge has a big flat screen TV with all of the main different internationals channels , DVD player, Air conditioning, Magnificent sea views.
Dream location - considered to be the best located resort in the south of tenerife, beach front to the glorious beaches of playa las vistas and el camison. AVOID AVOID AVOID
At check in we were given poorly directions to our room which resulted in 40 minutes to find it. Entering the room the heat heat us in the face , no air con , only a ceiling fan that looker 100 yrs old that was doing no Benefit. We could not sleep the whole week we were there, we couldn’t sleep in bedroom as the heat was impossible we had to move to Kitchen area which was closest to door , I took small pull out my husband took couch , still too hot so no sleep . Informing staff they just rudely shrugged their shoulders and said they can hire us a fan which we had to pay for . We were desperate so we did but it was of no benefit. The bathroom
Was dirty and very dated . The light switch fell off in hall of apartment . While at pool area people were on sun lounges smoking , there was no music or entertainment. On check out we wanted to change for our flight , we spotted a room that says changing area . We entered only a minute later a staff member banging on the door saying you can’t be in here this had to be pre booked , which we didn’t know we weren’t informed only to tell us to leave it as people watched . Don’t waste your money , dated dirty rooms , ignorant staff no air con . Will never book

Compostella beach family garden lovely holiday
Lovely hotel basic rooms but very clean . Lovely flat pool area , very family orientated staff couldn’t do enough for u . Food good lots of different meats. It’s not a big posh hotel but feels very comfortable would definitely go again. Lovely bar staff especially Emma and pedro

Probably the best location in the area
The location of the apartment and its wonderful balcony overlooking the beach made this the ideal holiday home for us. The check-in by Roman was efficient and timely however the cleanliness of the rooms and inside area was really very poor. It was obvious that the management of the cleaning and maintenance was sadly lacking. The rear door required a new lock to be fitted and the bed linen and linens were used and had to be washed. I understood that the owner due to covid restrictions had been unable to travel which was unfortunate but he kindly agreed on a contribution to my partner's time in recleaning the property. We would have no hesitation in returning here ( despite the plague of cockroaches that appeared the last few weeks) as the facilities of the complex, the location, and the willingness of the owner to deal with problems were second to none.

Great late family holiday
We found the apartment a pictured with both bedrooms and bathroom suitable fir our requirements of 3persons. The kitchen had all required and living area was great to relax with air conditioning for further comfort. By far the best attribute to the apartment is the small but more than ample balcony with chairs and it’s fantastic views. Lovely holiday, fantastic weather and great accommodation. Will be returning at somepoint.

Great views. Friendly staff.
We had beautiful sea views. To my delight the appartment was on one level. Good sized kitchen/lounge with sofa bed. Good sized twin room. And newly decorated.
Lovely bathroom, nicely decorated with tiles and an amaxing shower with fantastic pressure. There is also a dial which if you turn to the left makes it into a 'foot washer' or a 'butt washer'.
Kitchen had two electric rings. Microwave. Everything you needed to cook, eat and wash up afterwards. The fridge has a small freezer at the top, which could be easily missed. The door banged/rubbed when closing, but if you opened the door beside it this stopped that.
Plenty of storage space and our extra suitcases fitted under the bed. I loved the wooden hooks, made full use of these for clothes, hats, towels etc. They made up for the lack of hanging space in the bathroom.
The outside balcony seating area is big enough for 2 or 3 to sit and the chairs are good quality. It is not secured, so younger children could easily run off if that way inclined. People will also walk past your balcony to their apartments.
There is no aircon but we had ceiling fans in the bedroom and lounge which were perfectly adequate even in 33⁰.
The pools were nice, there was a lifeguard from 10am till 6pm (not 100% sure on those times) at the big pool, which is quite deep, around 5ft all around. The children's pool is next to it and has a sun shade. It is not supervised, even by the parents and is often mayhem with water squirters being aimed at anyones faces relentlessly. However this did quieten down around lunch time. Towels were put on sun beds the night before and by 9am 95% had towels on. Some towels didn't move for days. In the end we found the beach better.
There is a playground eith two swings, slide, seesaw etc. The kids loved this but it does get hot, so put your hand on first to check.
Breakfast- sausages, beans, eggs. Pastries. Continental, fruit, juice, coffee etc. Nuts, dried fruit and yogurt.
Lunch and Supper were often the same. Around 8 different trays of food. Salad area. Pizza and chips most days which was great for our little one.
Ice creams, soft drinks and local alcohol included on AI.
In general the food was very nice and would be happy to eat here again.
There is a little shop in the complex, very helpful staff and often a cute, calm white dog who likes to be stroked.
There is also a gym, has air con and is well equipped. Although soap in loos not replaced enough. There is no longer a laundry as its now the gym.
We hired a car through reception, better rates than going directly to the same company.
All the staff were very friendly and always happy to help. Would recommend this hotel highly.

Nice Apartment
Apartment [--] Compostela Beach. Two week stay lovely apartment great sea view. Had a nice stay here everything you need for a two week stay, only one gripe owner said he would get us two chaise longs but when arrived was just two plastic chairs that did recline but the definition of chaise longs in England is similar to a sunned so you can put ur feet up which we needed so was very disappointed. Also sofa bed in lounge very low for older people and not very comfortable could do with a proper sofa. Apart from that if these things would get changed would definitely go again.

Excellent Location
Excellent location, on site pool and bar and restaurant areas. Taxi rank right outside, 20 mins from the airport. Lots of restaurants and bars adjacent to it. It's only a short walk to Los Cristianos along the beach front. The check in with Roman was easy and he is very helpful. As we had stayed here before we did not have to pay a deposit. This is an ideal apartment and location for a couple or a family with one or 2 kids.

This was a great clean 2 bed apartment with a great sea view.
Pool got busy at times but with the beach so close it didn't matter to us.
Lots of restaurants also close by so you will never go hungry.

Very comfortable clean apartment in excellent location
Close to everything but yet very peaceful. Excellent location with a large lovely sandy beach on the doorstep. Beautiful sea views and harbour boat lights were lovely at night. Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils you would need. Check in and out hassle free. Maria, key holder was very helpful. Loads of space around the pool with lots of beds. Will definitely go back.
