In centro di Las Americas tutto a portata di mano appartamento piccolo con arredamento e stoviglie un pò datate proprietario disponibile e veloce a risolvere i piccoli problemi sorti durante il soggiorno peccato che la signora che è venuta a fare le pulizie non ha pulito molto e appena arrivati abbiamo dovuto pulire casa e lavare tutte le stoviglie. La casa nonostate è in centro a Las America la notte è tranquilla

Nulla perché non sono riuscita ad avere contatto,ho pagato per 14 giorni Poi per motivi di salute ,il mio ingresso è stato in accordo con Maike rinviato a Lunedì 15 aprile,e invece è sparito dopo che si è preso i soldi Provvederò a segnalarlo e denunciarlo

Near beaches, bus stops, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants and bars. Apartment was very comfortable, best bed I have slept in so comfortable. WiFi was excellent, nice pool area and gardens, very clean and well maintained. Near to everything but very quiet no noise at night. Mike the owner very helpful would recommend to anyone.

So where do I begin... I returned from this apartment early hours this morning after getting a ride to airport from Mike the owner for a very small fee. The apartment is very much equipped for a full self catering stay if you choose to cook in there. the TV channels where great as had lots and lots and lots to choose from. The open plan living room and kitchen where great with a sofa, recliner, 32inch TV with sky and lots of dvd's and books to choose from, a full oven with grill, full sized fridge freezer, pots, pans a sandwich maker, plates, cutlery and a washing machine in bathroom. The shower had 2 types of head either a rain fall head or a jet spray. Bedroom had a very comfortable double bed with fitted wardrobes with lots of space for clothes, 2 bedside tables with drawers and a full sized bedroom drawer cabinet. A safe is provided free of charge, The apartment was very quiet but everything was very close by. The pool area was spotless. I would most defiantly return here again and again. No wi-fi in room.no safety deposit box. No 32 inch tv(had a portable with 4 channels on it).no double bed.all as advertised. Was told room would be ready at 12.15 but not able to get in room till 3pm. Had an old fashioned shower with a curtain around it and more worrying had a bare wire sticking out of the top of it.

We could not fault one thing. Mike was there to meet us and show us the apartment. The apartment was very clean very homely and very comfortable. We enjoyed every minute so much so that we have booked to return in 2019. It is so central for everything, supermarket, restaurants bars etc. Thanks Mike for letting us stay.

location fantastic room was a good size with bedroom. mike was there to meet us when we arrived he was helpfull with whatever needed doing , carol was a lovely lady who changed bedding and towels . in fact we have asked mike for this xmas another 8 weeks stay really enjoyed it room 224 thanks mike regards john and jean watler

Nice small apartment ideal for couples. Shaded by trees and so keeps apartment nice and cool. The complex is very secure a key is provided to gain access to pool area and to enter complex at night also very clean in all areas. The beaches are a 10 minute walk away and outside complex is a bus stop which will take you to Adeje, La Caleta and Los Cristianos also a large supermarket is also opposite and very reasonably priced. Some good bars around our favourite was the Anchor. We did however have a couple of issues which were really down to the apartment service contractor and in fairness Mike would not be aware of these issues unless he was told these however were quickly dealt with by Mike the owner who we did briefly meet. So to sum up this was a fantastic 2 weeks we enjoyed every minute and will certainly return, Mike owns other apartments in the El Dorado so may have a look at those. Cheers Mike
