Casamira offers a Nordic fresh and modern style. The property has been recently renovated and it has 140m2 divided into two levels and a private garden. The garden is amazing. It is peaceful and it is facing west so it is perfect to enjoy the evening sun. The jacuzzi has 4 seats and 1 lounge and it is ready to make you feel great! The living room is very spacious and open concept. Even though the living room is very fresh we have installed an air conditioning unit for the hottest days. Fast internet connection is available throughout the house. There is also a 65’’ Tv. We have set a Google Chromecast so you can stream anything from any of your devices (phone, tablets or computers). It also has full access to Netflix so you can enjoy the best movies and series. The kitchen is brand new and very well equipped with the best quality brands. From dishwasher to a coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwaves, oven... The upper floor has three bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. The main bedroom has air conditioning and two single beds (90cm) which can be turned to a king-size bed with an extra topping (180cm) and leg unions. The second bedroom’s double bed is 160cm and the third bedroom has two single beds of 90cm which could also be converted into a king-size bed using the same system as in bedroom one. We think one of the most important things is to have a good sleep so even though the beds are very comfortable, each person has different needs so we can also provide extra toppers for a plus of comfort. All bedrooms have drawers, hangers, and a good storage place.
CYCLIST AND GOLF PLAYERS FRIENDLY
We also have room to keep your bicycles, golf equipment or suitcases. We know how big some equipment can be so we offer a safe place and good storage so they are not in the middle of the house.
This beautiful house is definitely perfect for couples, families with children, or sports groups doing a training camp.
ENTERTAINMENT FOR EVERYONE
We have different entertaining options for all ages. There are puzzles, cars and books for the little ones. There is a Xbox 360 with Kinect and some games. You can use the Xbox to play DVD movies or even as a music player as well (both CD and DVD must be original). There is Netflix included if you want to watch movies or series. And in case you bring your own programs/apps in your devices you can also use our Chromecast to play your favorite programs on our 65 inches TV.
PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION FROM/TO THE AIRPORT
I can organize your arrival sending a driver to the airport. If you are interested, let me know your flight number and flight arrival time in advance. There is an extra charge for this but the price is very convenient.
CAR RENTAL / MASSAGE AND OTHER SERVICES
Staying in Casamira will also give you access to the best car rental deals introducing our promo code.
We offer massage service at the house and other beauty treatments. I only need to know 24 hours in advance to organize it.
You will find bottled water at the house. However, the empty bottles must be put back in the boxes. Every Tuesday morning between 9:00 and 11:00 there will be water sales at the house door for a very reasonable price. They will take the used bottles and bring more if necessary. (It will be nice that guests leave the same amount of bottles they found on arrival).

On a loué cette maison un peu plus d'une semaine et clairement pour passer de bonne vacances il n'y a pas mieux !!!! La maison est bien située et tres bien équipée. on s'y sent très bien, elle est décorée avec goût et le jacuzzi en fin de journée c'est juste un plaisir !!!
Cerise sur le gateau les hôtes (Jan) sont hyper accueillants, gentils et très arrangeant.
Ils sont réactifs sympa.
Si vous cherchez un lieu où loger à Maspalomas qui participera à vous faire passer de bonnes vacances N'HÉSITEZ SURTOUT PAS C'EST CASAMIRA 😁👍🏾.

Großartig !!! Great !!!
Ich schreibe auf deutsch, damit mehr deutsche Gäste kommen. Warum ? Dieses Haus und der Gastgeber Jan sind einfach nur gut. Hier fehlt es an absolut nix. Alles da, Tabs, Clopapier, Gewürze, Essig, Öl, Waschmaschinenpulver, Duschzeugs. Der Whirlpool immer 34 Grad. Keine Extrakosten. Top W-Lan. Und: Obwohl nur nur 50 Meter Luftlinie von der Inselhighway, Ruhe. Absolut ruhig. Toller Garten, sehr gute Ausstattung im Haus. 200 m weg ein kleiner Laden, der alles hat und immer offen ist. Täglich. 500 Meter weg der Spar. Auto sollte man mieten. Chinese und weitere Kneipen 300 Meter. Transfer von/zum Airport wird auf Wunsch organisiert, je 40 Euro. Was noch ??? Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Betreuung Jan. Es war super nett, das Wetter an Ostern eh (35 Grad !!!).

The Casamira is a wonderful place to be
We had a great time at the Casamira. The house is nicely decorated, clean and very well equipped. It's in walking distance to some very nice bars. The neighborhood is quite. Mira and Jan were great hosts and gave us a lot of recommendations about what to do in the area.
Oh, and we loved the jacuzzi!

Amazing
Beautiful home with details down to perfection.Cozy, well-equipped with a an awesome backyard to relax in. Local restaurants and stores close by foot, otherwise great base to travel the island by car. Best hosts ever which go out of their way to give their guests a great experience. Attentive, helpful and caring. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Amazing place to stay in Gran Canaria
We absolutely LOVED our stay here, it’s probably one of our best holidays so far! The accommodation is so lovely, it had absolutely everything we needed, the kitchen is fully stocked with equipment & utensils, loads of towels and bedding. The outdoor space was really relaxing, especially in the hot tub at night. We stayed as a family (8yo & 15yo) and the location was also brilliant, walking distance to the shops for food and an easy drive to Maspalomas with lovely restaurants nearly by. We would HIGHLY recommend a stay here ❤️

Wonderful quiet place with everything nearby
In this beautifully designed house the hosts will make you feel welcome instantly. There a convenient parking space near the house. And the house is well equipped, which allows a very pleasant stay.
Shops and many nice hiking routes are nearby. A perfect starting point to discover the island.
The jacuzzi is also great and very well maintained.
Don't hesitate to book a stay at this lovely place .

Can't fault any of this
Mira and Jan' place is beautiful and close to everything... U can walk a minute to hail a taxi and are then 5 mins from everything.
Where you are staying is quieter so you have the perfect blend of both
I struggled to order food as was all in Spanish and Jan very quickly sorted it for me and I was eating within 30 mins :)
The place looks brand new and is all expensive fittings
The jacuzzi is to die for and the hottest I have ever been in
Jan is friendly, funny and very sweet
Highly recommend this place
5 stars isn't enough

Amazingly great!
I stayed at Jan and Mira’s home and it was amazing! Everything works perfectly and the rooms are also very well decorated! The service was even better. Jan and Mira were soo nice and accommodating. I would 1000% recommend this house. It was truly a memory to never forget!

Simply stunning!
This is my second visit to the apartment within the year. It is just perfect in every way - a beautiful, relaxing setting with everything that you could wish for an incredible stay. Jan and his family have thought of everything. As it was previously the family home, they have poured their heart and soul into it and this is immediately felt as soon as you step foot inside. Jan is incredibly responsive and definitely goes above and beyond. Local amenities like a supermarket, restaurants and bus stops are all within a short walk and there is a great selection of sandy beaches nearby. The apartment is spotless and well equipped. If you stay here, you won't want for anything!! I definitely recommend staying here and would love to return a third time in the near future. Thank you so much for everything.
