A clean, spacious 2 bedroom apartment located in a secure, gated community in Torrequebrada, Benalmadena Costa, made available for rental since 2016. Local shops and restaurants are close by, including a large Mercadona supermarket and a pharmacy. The apartment is situated in a peaceful area, close to Torrequebrada golf course and benefits from a communal pool that is private to residents and guests staying in the complex. A stroll of less than 10mins will bring you to the beach, a selection of restaurants and bars and bus routes for Malaga City Centre, Benalmadena Pueblo, Arroyo de la Miel, Marbella old town and the resorts of Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Fuengirola.

In the days and weeks leading up to your trip, the owners will be in contact to arrange a 'meet and greet' at the airport or to send a set of keys, depending on when the guests will be arriving. We employ a property management company based in Benalmadena that will arrange cleaning to a professional standard prior to your stay and will be available should you need assistance at any point during your holiday. We also send a guide book to all guests that contains information about the apartment and the local area, including maps, details of bus routes, restaurants, supermarkets etc.

Me and my family have just spent two glorious weeks in this lovely apartment. It was just as described and we decided, as a family it was the best apartment on the block! We are a family of 5 and it was still really spacious....More

The apartment is in a small, gated community consisting of a mixture of locals and holidaymakers. It is peaceful, away from the bustle of the resort centres but easy to reach them. English is widely spoken so no need for guests to worry if they have limited Spanish vocabulary :)

The owners utilise public transport when they use the apartment for their holidays and can recommend the clean, frequent, inexpensive and air-conditioned buses as a convenient way to explore the area and further afield. Alternatively, guests may choose to rent a car or make use of taxis, which are plentiful and reasonably-priced.
