The Canima complex is very clean and well looked after and because of its excellent frontline beach location is very popular. It is only a 5 minute walk away from Benalmadena Marina. This 2 bedroom apartment has a good size patio and garden area and gets plenty of summer sun until mid afternoon. For more sunshine you could move around to the superb pool and garden area which has a large pool for adults and a smaller children's pool for the little ones. Or you may like to stay on your own patio and enjoy the welcome shade. With this apartment you get the best of both worlds. On entering the apartment the kitchen is on the left with a 4 ring electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery & utensils. There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin and both have fitted wardrobes and bedroom one has air conditioning. This property has a shower room and a small safe for valuables. This is a ground floor end apartment in a terrace of six. As mentioned it gets the lovely morning sunshine from May onwards and throughout the summer. There is a table and 4 chairs and sun loungers can be hire if required for use on the terrace and around the pool. For families wishing to holiday together we also rent out on this same ground floor level another 1 bedroom apartment. Although this apartment is marked as smokers welcome smoking is strictly not allowed inside the apartment. We ask our smoking guests to use the outside space and thank them for their co-operation. Check in time for the accommodation is 16.00pm and check out is 10.00am but this is flexible and we try to have all our guests in and settled as soon as we can. Travel cots, pushchairs, high chairs, sun loungers, beach umbrellas, cool boxes, fans etc., are all available for hire. Enquire about rental costs. If there is something you need for your holiday that we don´t rent out ourselves let us know and we will try and source it for you. Bed linen and 1 bath and 1 hand towel provided per week for each guest. Beach towels are not provided but are available for rent at a cost of 2.50 pounds per guest per stay. This apartment is managed by a husband and wife team with 10 years experienced in the holiday rental market. We pride ourselves on the service we offer and in making your holiday stress free as we know how hard people work for their annual break, as do we. We have over 15 properties advertised on Holiday Lettings. Airport transfers can be arranged through our own website if required. On your day of arrival you will be met at the property with the keys. For guests with a flight arrival time after 22.00PM there will be a 15 pound meet & greet charge. Lovely apartment in a nice block. Just a few feet away from the pool. Stunning views of the sea. The apartment had everything we needed for our weeks stay. Definitely recommend.

This was are first time at this apartment and what a great place great outdoor space and only very short walk on the beach.apartment was clean and well looked after.Great for a family holiday pool area was lovley

About the neighborhood
Benalmadena is split into three areas being Benalmadena Pueblo the old Spanish style village, Arroyo De La Miel the busy town area where you will find the train station and Benalmadena Costa, the beach area. Benalmadena Pueblo has a quiet pace of life with white washed Spanish houses and a lovely square which is an ideal place to stop and have lunch. The church is worth a visit and outside has stunning views down to the coast. The local bull ring is here too. Arroyo De la Miel is a much busier area with shops and restaurants. Tivoli World Amusement Park is in Arroyo and this is where they hold the local Friday market. The cable car runs from here and at the top you will be rewarded with a falconry display. Benalmadena Costa is the coastal area where you will find the world famous Puer...
How to get there
Malaga airport is only a 20 minute drive from Benalmadena. Airport transfers can be arranged to take you directly to the apartment you have booked but if you prefer to use public transport taxis are available right outside the airport. The train station is just across the road which would take you into Arroyo De La Miel. There are a number of airlines that fly into Malaga. Easyjet, Thomsonfly, BMIBaby, Flybe, Monarch & British Airways are just a few where great deals can be found when looking for flights. With budget airlines the earlier you book the better and a if you register with each of the companies they will send you details of special offers as soon as they become available.
