Our space is a beautiful 10.4 acre Waterfront Lake Travis Ranch with a 4700SF House + 1900SF Guest Quarters. The property is situated at the end of Paradise Cove. We have 2 springs feeding the cove and an abundance of cypress, oak trees. There are several walking trails around the property and firepit by the water in the cove. Gas and wood burning fireplace indoors and a grill + outdoor seating area with its own fire pit. Parking for up to 15 vehicles at the property. Boat rental available.
We are 50 minutes from Downtown Austin. We are within walking distance to the Flat Creek Winery which serves food and does wine tours. You can also play disc golf at the vineyard. Use of a 26ft wakeboard boat can be included for $500 per day. Walk, bike, or drive down to the winery right down the street, Flat Creek Estate Winery & Vineyard, an 80 - acre estate which also has a lovely disc golf course inside the vineyard.

Along with the vineyard down the street, we have a lovely cove on the property that is on Lake Travis. You can swim, fish, or make a campfire right by the water.
There is a private boat ramp also right down the street if you want to drop your boat in the lake.
Getting around
The closest town is Lago Vista, even though it is a Marble Falls address we are actually about 30 minutes from the actual city of Marble Falls. Lago Vista will be where the nearest gas station is along with the nearest grocery store called Lowes. There is also BBQ, Starbucks, a local coffee shop, and some other places to eat in the town. There is Uber and Lyft available.
