Interaction with guests:Â I am usually available over the weekend to meet and greet the Guests. But otherwise there's a supervisor available on-site 24/7 to take care of all your needs. I make it a point to talk to every Guest before, during and after the stay.
We were a group of friends and family, stayed in 2 villas and 1 tree house. Property is quite good and overlooking mountains and paddy field. The host at the property Mr.praveen took very good care of us. Food was really amazing, we choose only veg for the entire stay. Villas are quite big and spacious, very comfortable beds, neatly maintained too.

Nearest bus stand is Kattikulam and all night buses from Bangalore to Kozhikode and Kozhikode to Bangalore go via Kattikulam which is only 13kms away from the property. Pick-up and drop can be arranged at an additional cost. During the day there are several buses that ply from Mysore and Calicut.
