Enjoy our huge yard with full volleyball court, plenty of yard games and our portable projector and 120 inch screen. Perfect for family movies nights outside while grilling out on your choice of propane, charcoal, flat top grill. Inside, we have a open kitchen with all comforts of home (Ninja blender, Keurig coffee bar, complete spice rack, and all the kitchen essentials). As far as we know, we are the only property that features a giant electronic game table. Think of it as a 32 inch table top ipad loaded with all the family fun boards games and other fun games that can be played with the family or friends. Our home is located 3 min from 2 golf courses and the Historic Square where you'll find The Granbury Opera House, Silver Saddle Saloon, Granbury Live Concert Venue, Ghost Tours, Granb...

We do not implement any cleaning fee's. All we ask is for guest to leave the property in the state as it was when the guest arrived. Only exception is all bagged trash be placed in outside silver trash cans, beds can be left un maid and towels be placed in washer.
