DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE is mandatory and covers accidental damages up to $1,500.00 and is non-refundable. The damage protection insurance covers unintentional damages to the interior of rental property that occur during your stay. The damage protection insurance does not include damages to bedding/linen and towels; wanton destruction of property, gross negligence, failure to mitigate, foreseeable damages, failure to notify management of known damages, and theft; these damages will be deducted from the damage deposit. Damages over $1,500.00 will be charged to the guest's credit card. Report any damage during your stay to management prior to your departure. Welcome to relaxation!
Our recent visit was amazing! This place was the perfect place for much needed time away with my husband. From the gorgeous views, drinking coffee on the balcony, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, and very attentive and hospitable hosts...we would highly recommend this place for those who are looking for a family get away or just a little alone time with their loved one. My husband and I usually pack so much when we travel because we never know what to expect but these hosts really put some thought and effort into their accomodations. We didn't need to use most of the "just in case" items that we packed! 👍🏽👍🏽

Great vacation!!!
Sand n Sunsets was so wonderful! The view of the bay was beautiful. The condo was so great. Super clean and beautiful. The beds were so comfortable, almost as comfortable as my own. The kitchen had everything we needed for making breakfast and lunch. Having a washer and dryer was really convenient for us. We were a group of 6 with 3 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of space for us. We did lots of activities so there wasn’t a lot of relaxing but that’s because there’s so much fun stuff to do around Galveston. The resort pools were nice. The best part I think was the private beach area with the resort. The beach was clean and the water was blue and clear and beautiful. Sand n sunsets is one of the best places we have ever stayed. Also Rose is so helpful and nice and such a great person to rent from.

Great Family Stay at the Beach!
What a great stay! This place was perfect for us (two adults, two 20-month old twins). The condo was just as beautiful as the pictures and was very quiet. The property was well maintained and we enjoyed the walks to the club house and the sunset pool with the stroller. We appreciated the coffee and popcorn that was stocked in the kitchen and also took advantage of the skillet to make waffles (we brought our own mix). Our kids greatly enjoyed playing with all the tupperware in the cabinets. Despite the so-so weather, we had a wonderful time and definitely plan to stay here again!

ABSOLUTE HEAVEN!
I'm in love with this condo! Top notch everything, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need to bird watch, enjoy movies, play games, cook, etc. Rose checked on us to make sure we had all we needed and the resort is awesome!! I'm definitely going back!
You couldn't ask for a better location. It's close enough to jet into town to hang out or check out restaurants, bands, etc. if you don't want to partake in the amenities but they're great, too! Restaurant, bar & grill and two pools. Everything is close but just far enough to just enjoy the tranquility and peace and a little slice of your own heaven.💜

Fine Family Relaxation
The condominium was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and the owners had a snack basket with water bottles upon our arrival. We loved the convenience of scenic walking trails, two beautiful pools, and a beach less than a 2 minute drive either across the street or at the Beach Club entrance.
The Beach Club restaurant food was great, inexpensive, and not crowded. The staff was friendly and very good with the kids. There’s a gift shop,bar, fitness center, and locker rooms at the Beach Club. They have outdoor showers to wash off sand near the pool area.
Our family has the added challenge of a child with autism so having everything nearby, convenient, and not crowded made the experience so much nicer.

Perfect island getaway
I’m not sure where to begin...absolutely love that you get to enjoy the sunsets from the balcony each night. The condo has everything you could need, a kitchen that has everything to make meals, comfy beds and great entertaining area to hang out in! There are trails all around the complex to walk around on and the bay is right there. If you cross the street the beach club offers a fun pool area as well as beach access to enjoy the waves of the Gulf. We took a short drive to Surfside Beach to let the kids really check out some waves, body surf and get some sun. Rose really goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. She communicates during the stay to see if you need anything and offered suggestions as requested. We loved our stay and look forward to going back!

Take I-45 to the 61st Street exit. You will find Home Depot, Pier 1, and Target to your left at this intersection. Turn right on 61st Street. Take 61st Street all the way to the end at Seawall Blvd and turn right. In this area Kroger is about 3 blocks to the left, and Walmart is about the same distance to the right. It is a good idea to stop and shop if you need anything. It is about 20 minutes to Sand N Sunsets from this intersection.
