Beautiful, 1162 sq ft spacious two bedroom, front row, 1st floor condo on famous Seawall Blvd with unobstructed views of the gulf. The location is priceless amidst restaurants, attractions & entertainment venues, yet is private and secluded. Enjoy the gorgeous sunrise from your own patio. The condo offers a full kitchen, free wiFi, spacious bedrooms and walk-in closets and washer/dryer. Guests have access to the lagoon pool heated during chilly months, hot tub, fitness room and parking is secured. Perfect for couples, families or friends' getaway and short or long stays.

Awesome condo in Galveston right across from the beach
We have selected this particular condo over other rentals in Galveston. This was our Second time at this beautiful condo and we are coming back in a few weeks. It was beautifully furnished with updated decor. The condo is clean, spacious and have an amazing view of the gulf from both the living room and master bedroom. It is walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and right across from the beach. The host Julie was extremely helpful, kind and of the utmost professional in her assistance.

THIS IS THE SPOT!! DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM BEACH!!
The location is absolutely the best in Galveston. So very close to anything and I do mean anything you could possibly want. It is close to restaurants, local shops and the beach is literally across the street. You can even watch the sunset and have a beautiful view of the ocean right outside on your patio!
Julie and Kayle were professional from start to finish. The unit was very clean when we arrived. Everything you could think of these owners have provided. Comfortable beds and the kitchen came stocked with everything you needed. Bathrooms are like something out of magazine! The trees and lush landscape surrounding the condo are beautiful and it is very peaceful during the day and evening. I just can't say enough great things about this beautiful weekend getaway. You can really tell that the owners are very proud of their home. Thanks again for sharing your home with us and we hope to come back in the near future!

Everything you could ask for in a rental
This rental condo has it all. Two pools, gym, great location (water view) and most important an attentive host who was very responsive. Julie made the transaction effortless from start to finish. Made our trip to Texas an unforgettable getaway.

Wonderful ocean side condo
This condo in Galveston, TX was a great way to experience the area. It was very comfortable and our group of four were happy with the amenities offered. (just a note...bring a bag of ice for the initial visit to get the fridge ice maker started.) After that we were pleased with everything provided for us. Thanks. Julie for a relaxing stay!

Savor a weekend getaway, as well as the chance to experience all that Galveston has to offer. We are just moments from shopping and alluring attractions, such as Bay Watch Dolphin Tours, Babe’s Beach, Galveston Schlitterbahn, Historic Galveston Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, La King’s Confectionery and Galveston’s Renowned Historic Strand District. For any left-behind knick knacks, WalMart is immediately outside the gate on 69th. Galveston's 61st Street Fishing Pier is 0.7 miles away.
The beach is in front a stone's throw away.
Getting around
The island is small so navigating is simple. Most guests drive their own car; however, some use Uber & Lyft. There are lots of attractions that guests may spend hours enjoying -- The Strand Historic District, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier, Schlitterbahn waterpark, so whether a guest parks or is dropped off, there is plenty to do. Since we are located on Seawall Blvd, the beach, fishing piers, dining, shopping, mini-golf, Wal-Mart, Kroger and recreational rental services are within walking distance. The city bus route is in front of the complex by the Valero gas station. Please note the Galveston Trolley has limited stops, so be sure and check out their hours of operation and route maps online!

Directions from I-45 S or nearest airport, Hobby Airport.
We are 45 minutes away.
Get on I-45 S from Airport Blvd and Gulf Frwy.
Follow I-45 S to TX-342 Spur S/Broadway St in Galveston.
Take exit 1A from I-45 S.
Take a right on 61st Street/Broadway, then turn right on Stewart Rd. Continue and stay on the farthest left lane to get onto 69th St (there is no traffic light at the intersection and it comes up quick).
Follow 69th St almost to the end of the street where you will see Walmart on the left and enter gates for The Dawn Condominiums on the right (before Valero gas station and Seawall Blvd).
Once inside the gates, make the first left. At end of row, walk up the few pedestrian stairs. Our condo is on the immediate left under the stairs on the 1st floor facing Seawall Blvd. The front office is on the right of the pedestrian stairs.
