Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, this is the perfect place for a family reunion, friends gathering, or even a business retreat, and you will not be skimping on quality for the quantity of space you’re getting here! It’s got a full on Cinema Room, 4 full bathrooms and 1 half bath, complete outdoor kitchen, dock adjacent to a tiki hut, outdoor patio with dining area, fireplace and TV, and there’s a TV in just about Every. Single. Room. There’s even a spin bike on the first floor! There are 4 traditional bedrooms with 5 beds each. There is additional parking in the driveway. This house has something for everyone and no one will be bored. Plus there’s enough room for everyone to spread out and have some personal space. Perfectly situated for groups taking charters out of Freeport, as well as families or groups wanting to enjoy the nearby beaches or Sea Center Texas. The home is located across the water from the Freeport Splash Park (a wonderful place to take the kids) and has a public boat ramp. This is a 9-minute walk across the bridge next to the house. Also nearby is the Freeport Municipal Park which is another great place to take the kids (this is a 3-minute drive or a 17-minute walk). And right next to that is the Freeport Rec Center, which includes a pool and a fitness center! Very reasonable daily rates are available for use at the Rec Center. The local library is also located in this complex. Finally, the Freeport River Place, an events center, can also be found at this complex. It offers a beautiful view of the river and can accommodate events such as weddings, fundraisers, galas, etc. Just use your imagination! This events center is run by the Parks Department and is offered at a very reasonable cost. Please contact the City of Freeport for additional information.

Smoking is not allowed. Parties/events are not allowed. All guests must be registered. Max of 12 guests allowed, including children. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 09:00 AM. Max 2 pet dogs are allowed under 20 lbs w/ a $200 non-refundable pet fee. They must be kept from being left outside or anywhere on the property unattended or overnight, this is against the city ordinance. They can't be left inside unattended unless they are crated or kennel. Keep your dog on a leash when they are out.

Interaction with guests:Â Please enter the house using the garage door. You have to press the lock codes 90, 56, 12, 34, lock key. Then, once you enter the garage, there is another door directly ahead leading to the interior of the house. The code is 2021 (and then turn the lock). Please call me if you have any trouble with this.
This gorgeous home is located 11 minutes away from 3 popular beaches—Surfside Beach, Quintana Beach, and Bryan Beach, all with different attractions and amenities. Only 5 minutes away from the Freeport Marina, but we also have our very own dock as well! 7 marinas available within a 10 mile radius. Within walking distance to Hooks on Brazos, a fun restaurant/bar with live music and karaoke on the weekends, as well as several other delicious local restaurants. Numerous areas available to entertain and be entertained. Numerous fishing opportunities abound in the area, but you could just as easily sit on the dock and do a little crabbing or angling right at home. Really, there’s no need to leave this place while you’re staying here.
