Beautiful Hill Country cabin located in Center Point ,Texas. Close to Kerrville and Fredrickburg and close to the Guadalupe River. Restaurants/ shopping. Rustic Hill Country setting on a small goat ranch. Take long nature walks in the woods. Grill and sit by the fire pit on the hill country stone patio.
Fantastic views. Truly a wonderful place to unwind and have that early morning coffee.
Cabin is a big open room with a queen size sleigh bed. A set of bunk beds are also in the space.
Small couch...Decorated with country antiques. Direct Tv is also in the cabin..The cabin has a small kitchenette with a micro, small frig, coffee maker, and toaster

Interaction with guests:Â Arrive when you like. The cabin will be open and the key is on the table. We are on the property if you need anything. Betty Davis, our Great Pyrenees dog, will probably greet you. She is the ranch manager and is super friendly. We love to meet our guests, or you can have your space. We aim to please.
Judi was a wonderful host! We were greeted with goodies on the table from their bake shop and they were 10/10 delicious! They also had a bucket in the cabin filled with all your cookout/fire pit needs! Even outside there’s many logs to use for the fire pit which is awesome. Cabin was really cozy and even the patio too! Halloween weekend was spent well there in the cozy cabin! There’s also little walking trails at the bottom of the cabin which was a nice stroll to take! Definitely will be back again with my family, Highly recommend!

Great place for a getaway
The cabin is out in the "boonies" - a great place to get away. We saw deer, wild turkeys, peacocks, along with sheep, goats, horses, etc. The outside seems a little plain, but the inside is a labor of love by Judi G. It is just a one-room cabin (actually two rooms, since there is a bathroom!), but it had everything we needed. The owner even left some cookies to welcome us when we arrived.
Judi's dog, a sweet gentle giant (a beautiful white great pyrenees), was a nice surprise, greeting us when we would go outside.
There was no wifi in the cabin, so I don't know why we were given wifi information and password - it was a little misleading, since that made us expect to have wifi. We didn't need it, but it is important to know if you are planning to get any work done on your getaway.
We had a little problem the first afternoon finding the cabin. Our GPS took us on a route that ended up at a locked gate for private property. But, we managed to go around and find another way.

Amazing views nestled in Texas Hill Country
This place is so cozy we didn't want to leave! Judi is a wonderful host and went to great lengths to ensure our stay was perfect. The pavilion is superbly situated to capture the stunning views of the rolling hills.
Quiet nights and beautiful mornings round out this hidden gem. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

The Perfect Weekend
I wanted to do something for our 25th wedding anniversary and we’ve always wanted to come to Fredericksburg so I came upon this cabin. I read the reviews and booked it. Everyone had very nice things to say about it.
We were suppose to come down on our own but we decided to invite our two adult boys. We thought with them there it would be crowded but it wasn’t at all. Plenty of room for all of us.
I must say all of us agreed it was one of the best trips we have had. Judy was very accommodating and helpful. The cabin is cute and quaint. Perfect for our weekend getaway. We saw lots of deer and enjoyed our time around the fire pit. It’s just a half hour drive to Fredericksburg where we all enjoyed the museums and the feel of the town.
Thanks again to Judy for her hospitality. The boys are already talking about when we can rent the cabin again. We will be back.

Great place with great company!
Judi was so nice! She made us cookies and was very friendly! Great location too! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a remote Texas location in the hill country to stay here!

Second time -- just as amazing as the first!
We LOVE this place and intend to make it an annual trip. Cabin is absolutely perfect, cozy, and clean. It's fairly remote, yet not too far from anything you might need. Judi always leaves a homemade treat for your enjoyment during your stay. Highly recommend; pictures do not do it justice!!! THANK YOU JUDI!!!

Peaceful
Great hosts and a welcome relief from the hectic city life.....wanted a place close to Kerrville and Fredericksburg but far enough to be private......this was it to a T....we will be back!

Property is located in the Texas Hillcountry on a rustic ranch. There are walking and hiking trails with wonderful views. Property is close to Center Point, a small town with a couple of restaurants. Kerrville is about 15 miles away with all of the ammentities of a city. The Guadalupe River runs through Center Point and Kerrville. Center Point has a couple of small bars with one being located right on the river. Shopping and more dining is in Kerrville. Fredricksburg is also nearby....about 30 minutes. It has a historic downtown with many shops and attractions. Parking is right outside the door of the cabin. We have a firepit and a rock patio to just relax and unwind. Great for that morning coffee.
