This sun-filled space features an open concept living and modern furnishings. Splash some water in the private pool and cook up a family meal in the recently remodeled, fully equipped kitchen. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with close proximity to DFW, all shopping, grocery, restaurants, lakes with hiking trails make it the perfect getaway.
Note: Guests are expected to read & be willing to honor house rules. Booking implies agreement to pay a security deposit (unpaid means no entry).

7. $50 replacement fee for lost remote
8. Turn off all AC/Heat, lock all windows/doors when you go out
