Quaint and Centrally Located
Very clean with all necessary amenities for short or extended visit. The owner is very personable and helpful. I highly recommend.

Katy Trail, Only three blocks away, it is a 3 1/2 mile long walking, jogging and biking trail
We are close to Downtown Dallas - the Arts District - Deep Ellum - Fair Park - the Science Center - Perot Science Museum – the West End District – the American Airlines Center
Getting around
Central Expressway (Hwy 75) is a few blocks away which provides easy access to the Dallas/Fort Worth highway system. Dallas also offers the Dart Rail Line; nearest station is Mockingbird and Central Expressway, approximately 1.5 miles away. The Dallas Dart Bus System has stops up and down McKinney Ave; there are stops at each end of the block from our building. Enterprise Rental Car is only a block north of the building. Of course, there are many different Uber drivers, Taxi Cab companies and there is an Airport Shuttle Service.

The apartment is nicely situated in the heart of the Knox/Henderson area. It is 4323 McKinney Ave, only two and a half blocks south of Knox. It is a red brick building on the left (west) side of the street and is one and a half blocks north of N. Fitzhugh Ave.
