This farm stay property, "Finca El Porton Verde," is a unique small hotel offering in Nicaragua's capital city of Managua. My Nicaraguan family and I work and live on a small (eight acre) organic permaculture farm located in the breezy hills south of Managua—overlooking Ticuantepe and Masaya, Nicaragua.<BR><BR>This listing is for one bedroom furnished apartment complete with kitchen, living/dining area and private bathroom. This apartment is best for two guests, but if a group of four wants to stay together we can put a queen-sized inflatable bed in the living area for an additional charge of $11 per person. The specific area where the farm is located is called San Antonio Sur. This location is where tranquil and surrounded by Forest Hills mountains and volcanoes. Within walking distance are a great farm tour, local corner stores and places to have lunch. Hey six minute ride text you to the highway to Masaya from where you can take buses and taxis to anywhere in the local area.

How to get there
If arriving at the Managua international airport please contact me so that I can come and pick you up personally at the airport and ensure that you arrive safely to our farm location. If you have a rental car, it is not complicated to arrive to the entrance of the highway to Masaya at kilometer 10.5. It is recommended you have a cell phone and call me as you get closer to kilometers 10 1/2 so I can meet you at the no gas station to take you to the farm personally.
