Each one of the “Dolce Luxury Suites” covers a 110 m2 surface of living space and an outdoor terrace of 70 m2 with a private swimming pool. Each has 3 spacious double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 3 balconies with amazing sea views, a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

LOCAL AREA
The suites-villas are almost surrounded by olive groves just 50 meters away from a sandy beach of the Ionian Sea with crystal clear waters. Within walking distance you will be delighted to find a selection of taverns serving traditional and Mediterranean recipes. In the local area and within short distance 2-3 km there are many more beautiful sandy beaches like Alykes and Alykanas. Furthermore the suites could be the ideal base for short trips around Zakynthos Island especially to the North coast where the world famous Shipwreck beach is.
Traditional villages, Greek orthodox churches, museums, nightlife as well as water sports can also be found in the local area as well as across Zante Island, providing many alternatives to choose from, in order to experience the holidays you wish for.

THE ISLAND
Zante, Zakynthos or Fiore di Levante (flower of the East) is the third largest island in the Ionian Sea in Western Greece. Its 123 km long coastline contains some of the World’s most beautiful and well known touristic attractions such as Navagio or Shipwreck beach, Gerakas beach, Marathonisi islet, the blue caves and so many more. Rich in beautiful landscapes, Zante is ideal for any traveler with an exploring mind offering such a great variety of beautiful coasts to visit.
Zante’s multi-cultural character was shaped throughout its history. Starting from the first inhabitants during the Neolithic Age, this island has known various rulers such as the legendary Odysseus of Ithaca, the Ancient Athenian Democracy, the Roman Empire, the Byzantine Empire and the Venetian Republic through the renaissance. Later for a period of roughly 70 years French, Russians and English succeeded power over the island until 1864 21st of May, when Zante was united, as well as the rest of the Ionian Islands, with Greece.
Nowadays, Zakynthos has become a main holiday destination as it combines the crystal blue waters, the beautiful coasts and the green natural environments along with its culture and its people’s genuine hospitality.
It is certain that this island will excite every traveler’s mind and feelings.

Siamo stati ospitati da Dyonisios in questa bellissima struttura dal 16 al 22 agosto 2023.
Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa n.1 in 7 persone (2 famiglie). La struttura è di recente costruzione e si presta ad ospitare più persone perché le 3 camere da letto hanno ognuna un bagno privato.
Lo spazio esterno è molto curato e la presenza della piscina privata ha reso ancora più confortevole il soggiorno.
La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi (in 2 o 3 minuti) e gode della presenza di un ristorante tipico a pranzo e a cena.
Arredamento nuovo e funzionale (forno, frigo, lavastoviglie e stoviglie perfette).
Le ville sono gestite da Dyonisios, un host speciale pieno di attenzioni per i suoi ospiti: all'arrivo ci ha accolto al traghetto per farci strada ed ogni giorno ci ha coccolato con prodotti tipici). Da non dimenticare la presenza di Miss Sissy, la gentile governante che si è presa cura degli spazi interni ed esterni. Consigliatissimo!!!!!

Perfect holiday
There is not enough praise for our wonderful host , Dionisius, or this beautiful villa, that I can give. Attention to every detail, spotless accommodation, thanks to Sissi and beautiful location. I have had the best holiday ever. Our host could not have given more to make this holiday perfect.

Unforgettable vacations
We highly recommend this house. It’s one of the best we have ever stayed! Owners and Sissy are wonderful people so kind and caring. They had thought every single detail to make our stay the best ever. Our children didn’t want to leave and we neither. Superb Villa with amazing host
Dolce Luxury Suites are the perfect place to stay in Zakynthos. Beautifully designed and immaculately clean (cleaned every day by the lovely Sissey). So much attention to detail and lots of thoughtful touches, such as local delicacies left in the mornings. Dionysious is a brilliant host and went above and beyond to make our stay special.
The location is superb, just a few minutes walk to the sea, perfect for a morning dip, and the local taverna is the most stunning setting for dinner at dusk, watching the sun go down over the sea.

Luxurious Friendliness
We just came back from a week spent at the Dolce Luxury Suites - an amazing experience for me and my family. The villa has two bedrooms upstairs, each with its own bathroom and balcony, and downstairs another bedroom and a generous living room with a balcony towards the pool. The villa is very well looked after, everything seems new and clean all the time. The experience wouldn't be complete without the friendly attitude of the host, Dionysios, who made everything in his power for us to feel welcome, happy and relaxed.

Dolce Luxury Suites
We stayed at Dolce 18th-25th June and occupied adjacent villas 2 and 3. We were a family of 12 of mixed ages celebrating anniversaries, births days and career moves. Dolce met and far exceeded our expectations. The accommodation is indeed luxurious, spacious, immaculately clean. The outside sun decks were spacious and the pools clean and shimmering. Not only were we knocked out by the accommodation but also the owner Dionysios. His attention to detail and his wish that your stay is perfect put Dolce head and shoulders above other rentals we have stayed at around the world.A word of thanks too for Mrs Sissy who ensured the villas were always spotless each day and who even cleaned the BBQ! The position is ideal for the beach 50 metres away and a good choice of tavernas within walking distance.

Very comfortable, clean, spacious rooms, very close to the little and nice psarou beach, a local place not very touristic with beautiful clear water.Near to very good tavernas, a good place to stay also to visit the islands .Dyonisos the host and owner is extremely kind, he helped us in every our need.I recommend Dolce for families, this are 3 villas/big maisonette very good if you are traveling with other friends or families together.
Very nice privat swimmingpool for each maisonette.

Fantastic
Just got home from staying in one of the my favourite places we have ever stayed, this is my third time I have been on holiday here and I will be back
The villas are beautiful, spacious, modern, clean, ideally situated for exploring Zakynthos.
Set in olive groves but only 500 metre from a lovely little beach and taverna. You have everything you need at the villa, comfortable bedrooms all with en suits and private balconies with a private pool with high quality sun beds
Dionysios is a fabulous host who will collect you from the airport and look after you throughout your stay

Absolutely loved our short time here, Dionysis is an absolutely brilliant host, lovely thoughtful gifts, a beautiful fruit bowl and bottle of wine on arrival. He is so welcoming and was great from the moment we enquired about booking, answering any questions on what’s app and kept track of our flight to check we had landed. The villa was spotless, Dimitra keeps the villas so clean and will even do your laundry, however we didn’t use this service. The pool is lovely too and the position of the villa means you get the sun around the pool all day and a huge sun umbrella which can be repositioned if needed. The small beach with a taverna is literally a 2 minute walk and the food there is lovely. All in all a perfect few days before school starts back and we will most definitely return hopefully for longer next time, oh and not forgetting Dionysos is a good blue so we felt right at home! Thanks again for a fabulous stay
