Owl’s Hoot is a comfortable, well-appointed home…not another cookie-cutter, look-alike, strip-down rental unit. It is tastefully decorated with local works of art, antiques, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful amenities for the discerning traveler. Our unique décor reflects the natural beauty and serenity of the mountain setting. Our guests are surprised to find the many extras that make Owl’s Hoot truly feel like a home away from home.
Let your pets and kids roam on the gated wrap-around deck. Enjoy a picnic or glass of wine in the private pavilion. Listen for the owls calling to and fro late at night. Bask in the serenity of the meadow. And enjoy our private gazebo by the creek. This natural area is the ideal playground for children and pets!
We focus on anticipating our guests' needs and providing the amenities you want and need, such as spices, coffee/tea, detergents, cleaning supplies, ample paper products; organic, eco-friendly, spa-grade toiletries; area resource books, novels, games, puzzles, and DVDs. We have encased all box springs, mattresses, and pillows in bed bug, allergen protective covers. Just think of all the things you don't have to bring or buy or worry about. Now that's value!

We recently spent a week at Owl's Hoot and loved it! The cabin was spotless and well equipped, and the enclosed wrap around porch and covered gazebo were great for our dog. It is near GSMNP and Townsend but feels very private and peaceful.
