Welcome to "Grand Mountain Splash" in the Smoky Mountains! This cabin is proudly offered by the boutique property management company "Mountain Vibe Vacations".
Grand Mountain Splash is a huge luxury lodge that has it all. With over 5000 sq ft of space, this beautiful all log cabin is spread over 4 floors. With a private indoor heated pool, outdoor swimspa & hot tub, outdoor fireplace and picnic area, gorgeous theater room, and tons of fun arcade games, this is the ideal place for a large group getaway. This cabin also has an incredible location on the backside of town, less than 15 minutes from the strip with its numerous attractions and restaurants, Dollywood and the Smoky Mountain National Park.

This place is a terrible rip off and nothing about it is luxury. They took an old piece of junk building and made it worse with their diy dollar store renovations. The area is terrible too! Right across from a janky rv “campground” which is actually just a parking lot behind the extremely lit up and bright gas station on the corner of the busy highway that this cabin sits on. This cabin is not in a pretty area, it is not in nature, it is not secluded, it is awful, and loud. The insulation of this place is non existent, and you can hear everything anyone says from any other room in the house, you can hear the heavy nonstop loud traffic all night and day, it does not cease. House was so dirty when we arrived on Monday that we had to clean; piles of dead bugs in various stages of their life cycle, so you know they’ve been sitting there for a very long time, cob webs up and down every corner of every room. Heating vents and ducts are filthy. Pool is filthy and smells weird af. My daughter has developed some sort of eye infection after swimming in the pool. Beds are hard as a rock and cheap, bed frames feel like they will break at any moment. Kitchen cabinets broken. No water pressure. FILTHY and STINKY. Every room has a tv with a broken Roku remote that doesn’t work. Washing machine smells like dead animals and sewer gas. Pool smells like algae or something and is about half the size as it appears in the photos, very small, very stinky and dirty. Linens on all beds are cheap, dry, and scratchy. This is not a luxury property, this is a ghetto slum with lipstick slapped on it. My in-laws paid $2k per night to stay in this trash heap. NOT LUXURY, it’s about the same as a motel 6 that’s had a dollar store quality renovation. And again, this is not a peaceful or serene location, directly located on MAJOR highway and is extremely loud and intrusive. Truthfully wish the property owners the absolute worst in all the worst ways. Liars and thieves.

AWFUL
This house was slapped together as cheap as possible. The cabinets in the kitchen are literally plywood. The washing machine smells like sewer gas. The pool looks like a swamp. The hot tub stunk so bad you had to shower immediately. There is no insulation in the house. It someone whispers on the first floor it wakes everyone up. The beds are hard as rocks. Ran out of hot water constantly. The lap pool might be fun but they didn’t upgrade the electrical so if you turn it on it flips the breaker for the entire house. This is seriously the worst house I’ve ever stayed in.

Indoor Pool:
Added in late 2022, the cabin features an amazing indoor pool that is heated year-round along with a comfortable seating area and TV.
Outdoor:
Large deck with a seasonal swim spa, hot tub, wood burning stacked stone fireplace (perfect for roasting s'mores), picnic tables, and large Weber propane grill. This is truly a place to enjoy with family and friends. The luxury swim spa has many features. Whether you are the early bird who wants to swim laps before the day starts, or a group of children enjoying the lazy river setting and LED light show, or just want to relax with friends in the bubbling warm water, there is something for everyone. This pool can also be enjoyed from June 1 - Nov 1. Grill up a big meal while rocking in front of the roaring fire, sharing stories with friends into the night. This large and spacious deck is the perfect place to relax after a fun-filled day
Main Level:
Grand master suite with luxurious walk-in 5 head shower, 2 person jacuzzi tub, his and her vanities, 65 inch HD Smart TV, wood burning fireplace.
Kitchen/dining area/great room area has a beautiful open layout with cathedral ceilings and a well stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig machine, crockpot, and griddle. The great room is a wonderful place to relax with leather recliner couches, stone fireplace and 65 inch HD Smart TV.
Loft:
Gorgeous towering ceilings and huge windows facing the mountains make this an inviting space. Race a friend on the driver arcades with huge HD flat screens, force feedback steering wheels, and surround sound or defend the earth from an alien invasion on the Alien Extermination Arcade. The Big Buck Hunter HD is a family favorite with it's massive 50-inch screen and incredible graphics. Hoisting colored shotguns and being awarded points for accuracy and placements in a round-robin style with friends is great fun. There is also a two player multicade with Pac-man and all the classics. Watch the big game while you challenge your family and friends to a game of foosball. Kick back on the futon located on this level and let the games begin.
