"Our Smoky Mountain View" is a luxury log home in the Great Smoky Mountains! This lavish cabin is located in Legacy Mountain Resort. The resort has wide, paved and well maintained roads. Legacy Mountain Resort cabins are very well built with much attention to details. You will experience comforts such as a Jacuzzi tub, outdoor hot tub, two spacious decks, electric stone fireplace, vaulted cathedral ceilings, tongue and groove walls & ceilings throughout, rustic yet elegant log furniture, floor to ceiling glass windows, and in our opinion some of the best views of the Smoky Mountains.

Unbelievable Breathtaking Views
We arrived at night and never expected what we woke up to. We slept in the first day of our arrival, at least until the sun came up from above the mountains. Wow, wow, wow. I have never experienced the Smokey mountains in this manner. For as far as your eyes could see, mountain terrain, clouds and the city below were all in view. We visited places like Dixie Stampede, Cades Cove, Wonderworks and Old Mill District. All were within 30 minutes of the cabin. Our GPS took us to every location from the cabin with easy, not to mention all the extra views we were able to view on the drive to Cades Cove. The cabin was stocked with extra towels, blankets and pillows. Not to mention all the silverware, dishes and cooking utensils needed. It also had lots of games for entertaining the family, which we did not have much time for. The parking at the cabin was ample and the roads leading to the cabin were wide enough for 2 lanes. I highly recommend this cabin and can't wait to return in the next few years.

Refreshing Getaway
Myself, my husband and 3 kids spent the weekend here. This cabin is close to town (about 15-20 minutes), though we were content to stay in. We arrived after dark, it was a little challenging to find in the dark, and see to enter. It's very dark up there at night, but we were so pleased upon entering. It is a beautiful place, clean, and well kept. I was surprised to find many small amenities in place. I'd brought my coffee, and while most would be excited to see a Keurig. I was disappointed at first .... Until low and behold, I found a small coffee maker in the cabinets. I'd also brought a candle for the table outside, but forgot a lighter.... and yet again, found what I needed in the kitchen. My kids stayed busy with the video games, puzzles, and cartoons. They loved the loft area. But nothing beats the wonder in thier eyes in the morning as they took in the gorgeous mountain view. Another pleasant surprise was that the gas/electric fireplace was available to use even in May, some places restrict use to winter only. I thought the finishes throughout were much nicer than they appeared in the photos, but the size of the cabin appears larger in the photos than it actually is. We had difficulty getting the heat to kick on. Thankfully it wasn't extremely cold outside, but it was certainly brisk on our first morning. Hot tub was a hot and clean upon arrival. The jacuzzi tub is very large and deep. Beds were comfortable enough, I slept well. I was delighted that from the bed in the master you can still see the mountains even though this room faces the road. I also thought the sound machines next to the beds were a very nice touch. Views were outstanding, as expected in the smokies. Additionally the owner provided plenty of local information via email, and within the cabin as well. She also was sure we knew who to contact with any issues, and I would not have hesitated if needed, very comfortable and communicative. We had an AMAZING and rejuvenating weekend and would certainly stay here again.

Girls weekend/Mom's 74th Birthday
The "Smoky Mountain View" was just as promised...a beautiful Smoky Mountain View & just what I've been looking for! I've stayed in many, many cabins in Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg & this one was the best one yet! The owners were great to deal with & the cabin was easy to get to & close enough to town too! The view was spectacular & the sun coming up was amazing! The cabin was very clean & we felt right at home! My granddaughter loved the jetted tub upstairs & the little stuffed black bear! The only thing I would recommend is a full length mirror somewhere...the ladies need it..lol & the stay wasn't long enough for us...hopefully we can come back again and stay longer! Thanks for letting us enjoy your Smoky Mountain View!

Great Times
I went down for the weekend and had a great time, Gatlinburg is a stones throw away if you want a night out and a day in Cades Cove is always needed. The cabin was very clean and comfortable, and had plenty of games if you wanted to spend a night in. 10/10

Legacy Mountain Resort has exceptionally well built cabins. The roads are wide, paved and well maintained. There is the countries longest zip line course right on the resort property. Legacy Mountain Resort is situated far enough from the main strip to be out of all the traffic.
