Get a different cabin! We paid extra for this cabin because it's supposed to have WI-FI, which we needed to school purposes. It has WIFI in an elementary sense, but it doesn't work. We called customer service and AT&T without results. We could have spent less on a different cabin. The hot tub leaked so we did not use it. It was definitely clean. But this was a dismal cabin. Go somewhere else.

Honeymoon
Loved this cabin!! My husband and I never wanted to leave!! We just got home yesterday from our honeymoon trip and we are already talking about our next visit to pigeon forge and our hopes to get this cabin again! There was more than enough kitchen supplies for us to cook and grill with, the bed was extremely comfortable, great size shower, loved that our hot tub was in a screened in covered porch, and I can't describe the amazing view of the mountains off our back balcony! We very much enjoyed sitting outside in the rocking chairs. In fact that's where we spent most of our time at the cabin! It is pretty much secluded (one cabin kinda near by) and we occasionally heard the ppl talking but never saw them. (Seemed like they were permanent residents rather than fellow vacationers but I'm not positive on that). We loved cooking on the grill and playing games of pool. Only minor issue we had was the jacuzzi tub in our room took quite a while to fill up but to us that was such a minor inconvenience. Was well worth the wait tho cuz the hot water and jets felt great after a long day of sight seeing and was a great way to relax on our last night in the cabin. My only suggestions would be a small outdoor table so guests can eat outside comfortably while enjoying the view (even a small folding table that could be brought out and put away would be great) and having the wifi password posted somewhere in the cabin (we called and got it after the password listed on the back of the router wouldn't work). We very much enjoyed our honeymoon tho and kept catching ourselves calling the cabin "home" lol. Thanks for your hospitality! We can't wait to visit pigeon forge again!!

Anniversary
We stayed for 5 days for our 17th Anniversary. The cabin has a view from the back deck with rocking chairs. The deck the hot tub is on is very small. The cabin is cute on the inside. Their are bunk beds at the bottom of the steps with a TV and a play station for the kids. The grill is older and needs to be cleaned but it works. The driveway was hard to swing into with my husband's f250 truck so we backed in and the bushes are grown up beside the driveway and you can't see at all when your pulling out. The cabin was good for 2 people !

We thought it poor that when we got to the unit there was a note saying that there was not sufficient hot water to fill the hot tub. This should have been told to us when we were selecting a unit. Hot tubs normally have separate water heaters or one large enough to accomodate. We did not want to use the outdoor jacuzzi for our own reasons. And they were right it was barely luke warm and unacceptable. I guess its back to Chalet Village. Sorry.

Very nice well equipped cabin with a great view
We rented the cabin for a short getaway after the Christmas/New Year holidays. We really enjoyed the first two days of relaxation in the cabin. Midway through our intended 4 day stay we were advised by the friendly people at american Patriot Getaways that a severe winter storm was approaching and elected to evacuate the cabin for fear of getting trapped up there for a couple of extra days.Fortunately we had purchased the optional vacation interruption insurance and they reimbursed us for the last two days with no problem. They even paid for our hotel room for those days. We'll go back when the weather is a little warmer.

Wonderful cabin in the Smokies!
This was our honeymoon cabin and it was very romantic tucked away from the hustle of Pigeon Forge. We loved the jetted tub and the fireplace. I would stay here again.

Best honeymoon
This cabin was so beautiful and very clean. The whole staff was very helpful with everything we needed and I know I was difficult when we first arrived and they bent over backwards for us. Thank you so much for all that you have done and for giving us the best honeymooon. It is all and then some. If you ever want to escape or want to have a great time with family this is where to go. Thank you all again so much!!

Me and wife had very nice stay. When searching could not find place because of big dog Patriots no problem. Thanks from my son, didn't want to go to kennel.

Will go again !!!
We checked into the cabin and the first thing we noticed was the terrible odor so we spent hours and hours and a trip to Wal-Mart buying cleaners to get ride of the smell which we were unsuccessful. we washed all the beddings. I had to sleep in the living room area with the door open and the ceiling fan on. we had rented the cabin for four nights,so then the next day we left some of the windows open and used a full can of frabreeze and when we got back there was no change so we packed up and went home.
