it was a clean room and great location, walkable to opry hotel. had lots of actiivities. pool ( in and out), large hottub, concierge. would stay again. they do need some more kitchen stuff. like oven mitts ( we had none) no cookie sheets, . but we made due.

We booked this Villa through Trip Advisor. We loved the 2 bedroom villa. However, we had lots of trouble checking in. Several weeks before the trip, the owner casually asked me to give him the contact person's info that was checking in. I gave him my name and contact info. 1 day before I left for the trip, my father suddenly passed away. I immediately contacted the owner and asked him to transfer the contact info to another person that was going on the trip. When my co-worker tried to check in. They wouldn't let her check in as the owner never transferred the info over to the new contact person. I had to call Trip Advisor and Vacation Strategy several times before I received an answer. During this time, my co-worker waited over an hour at the front desk while they refused to check her in even though we had paid the full balance on the hotel. When I finally got hold of Trip advisor, they said there was a $99 charge to transfer the contact over to a different person, no exceptions-even for a death in the family. This was not told to us beforehand. Do not go through TripAdvisor for this hotel. The hotel is perfectly fine, but You can not actually talk to the owner, you have to go through a 3rd party. It took 3 hours for them to finally check in.

Unit was updated. Close to Opry Mills. We enjoyed our stay. Some areas of the kitchen was missed by housekeeping.

The 2 BR was a little dated but still nice. Good accomodations for our conference trip. Nice pools. Sweet clean jacuzzi tub in bathroom. Having washer/dryer came in handy.

We always enjoy staying here, but have noticed the last couple of times, that the units were not as clean, as in the past. It is time to replace the tracks on the shower doors, they look awful, lots of dust on baseboards, and tiled areas of flooring not clean around the wall areas. Also this time there was a lot of pressure to attend the sales presentation. If a guest says no, respect that, don't keep pushing the issue.

Accommodation excellent, service good, convenient to many attractions with a pay bus service to Broadway if you don't want to drive.

We went on a family trip to Nashville and needed a room large enough for 7 people. Our room was clean and spacious! We used the pool a lot. The location was perfect. We were close to all of the places we wanted to go. I would highly recommend the Wyndham Nashville to anybody! We will be back!

3rd time in the last 4 years at this resort 1st time in a 2 berm deluxe. Very roomy, well kept, very clean. Large rooms with full kitchen. Staff was terrific. Only complaint was being forced to book a presentation breakfast. Had to leave a $20. "catering " deposit . We did not go to the breakfast and was not refunded to money. Other than that, we will definitely book again . The shuttle downtown is a must ($10 RT)

Had a great experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Nashville. Staff went over a beyond to make it a great stay.
