Stylish house in a stunning location
Location is very close to town and yet the backyard view of the kangaroo filled plains and the sandstone ridges beyond are truly stunning. These views could be appreciated from the outdoor deck and spa and through the large windows to the living space. Furnishings are stylish and immaculate. We had a fantastic time in this lovely house and in the many bush walks surrounding it.

What a treasure!
I stayed here with a group of girlfriends for a weekend out of the city. We were so impressed that by the end of the weekend we were already trying to coordinate our calendars so that we can come back! Everything about this property is amazing. The views... Wow! The location... Perfect! As to the property itself, it is beautifully decorated, easy to warm up (a must in the winter!), the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with essentials. And my personal favourite, the jacuzzi! So relaxing! I would strongly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to the Grampians. An absolute delight.

Grampians tranquility
A very enjoyable and comfortable 3 night stay at Hemley House. We slept well, ate well and enjoyed the comfort and convenience of this stylishly furnished accommodation. There's wonderful scenery out the back, some friendly kangaroos to greet you and a very short walk to the local shops and restaurants. Quality beds and bedding, well equipped kitchen, sparkling bathroom, large dining and lounge room, large deck and an outside spa (we didn't try).
An ensuite is to be added in the coming weeks which will add further amenity.
Recommended.

A little treasure
Could not fault this lovely holiday home! Very comfortable and spacious for our family holiday (8 adults). We ate well, slept well and thoroughly enjoyed the wildlife that visited. Would highly recommend.

Perfect House - Perfect Location
We had a fantastic 6 night stay at Hemley House. We are a family of 5 with children aged in their late teens and early 20s. There was heaps of room to relax on the couch, oodles of room at the dining table and at the outside table. The bedrooms are spacious and well equipped with quality linen and a selection of pillows to suit any sleeping type.
The weather was chilly but the heaters kept up very cozy. There are split systems in the bedrooms also. The bathroom and ensuite are exceptional with toiletries supplied.
You could not want for anything in the kitchen. We cooked all of our meals for the week and had everything we needed.
We also made use of the heated spa on the back deck which looks out onto beautiful scenery, as well as the occasional kangaroo, duck or kookaburra who drops in to say hi!
The house is a two minute stroll to Halls Gap shops and cafes.
If you're after a quiet, serene, well equipped house that is in a great location, then Hemley House is for you!

Pure perfection!
Just amazing!! We came for a girls trip and wanted a 5 Star luxury stay - and WOW did we get it!! The beds were comfortable, the couch was HUGE and so comfy! The view was spectacular, the kitchens and bathrooms had everything we needed - including hairdryers!
We loved waking up each morning and seeing baby ducks, kangaroos and deers outside!
I’ll definitely be returning with my family!

Beautiful home away from home
Perfect central accommodation for exploring the Grampians.
We stayed four nights for our wedding anniversary. While we didn’t have the kids with us, it would have been great if they were.
The house catered to our every need. Spotlessly clean, well appointed, Smart TV and comfy couch, luxurious bathrooms and comfy beds.
And the spa! What a perfect way to end a long day of walks??!!

Perfect in every way!!
The only way I can describe Hemley House is perfect! We had a girls weekend of 4 & Cathy was a wonderful host. The house is comfortable, very clean & everything that you may need has been considered. The location is perfect, walking distance to a great cafe & very central to all Halls Gap has to offer. Great views from the spa, well equipped kitchen, the most comfy couch, huge tv & Netflix! Thanks so much Cathy for sharing your beautiful home we'll be back for sure. Actually you're lucky we left, we did consider becoming permanent residents!

Magnificent!
We enjoyed three wonderful nights at Hemley House. We have traveled to the Grampians many times but wanted to stay somewhere special as we had my husband’s parents from England stayed with us. This certainly is a special property. We spent hours out on the deck watching the view and many kangaroos, deer and birds coming and going. We loved the spa and the view from the en-suite toilet! The house is beautifully presented and very comfortable. Everything in Halls Gap is a very short walk. We can’t wait to get back!

Beautiful views and modern luxury in the heart of halls gap
We over our stay in this modern villa. Inside the house you have a huge comfy sofa to relax on, beautiful views, lots of wildlife just outside the window (kangaroos and many different birds) and all the modern amenities you'll need for your stay. We loved the bed in the master bedroom it was one of the nicest we'd stayed in. Outside you are a very short walk to halls gap visitor centre and local shops and walk to the beautiful Venus baths, also close to local caravan park which has a great playground for kids. Then short drives to other walks such as the balconies with incredible views. We also walked to spice of Punjab for a curry one night which was very nice. Halls gap is an amazing place and Henley house is the perfect place to stay there, go for walks and then enjoy the spa and house when you get back! Wish we'd stayed longer!
