This one bedroom apartment in beautiful beachside Manly actually has the capacity to sleep up to six people and comes with expansive views of the ocean, a smart TV with Netflix, a secure parking space and swimming pool. An unbeatable location, it’s a short stroll from the apartment to the beach, cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs, Manly oval and the Manly Ferry Wharf. The Space: Enter the apartment and you’ll find the bedroom to your right with carpeting, a queen size bed and floor-to-ceiling built-in mirrored wardrobes with plenty of hanging space. A large picture window shows a wide view of Manly and the ocean. There’s also an en-suite bathroom with combined bathtub and overhead shower. The kitchen comes equipped with coffee maker, microwave, electric four-hotplate stovetop and oven. A dining table seats four, and more large picture windows display the same expansive views as the bedroom. In the living space, you’ll find a smart flat screen TV with Netflix and two sofas which both fold out into double beds, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the apartment to six people if needed. This space flows through to a balcony via large glass doors, where you’ll find chairs to sit and enjoy a glorious view of Manly Beach. There are coin-operated laundry facilities one floor up on the roof of the building, as well as a swimming pool and recreational area with barbecue facilities. The apartment also comes with a secure parking space. The Neighborhood: Manly is a coastal suburb in northern Sydney, notable for its picturesque beauty and world class beaches for surfing and sun-baking. The apartment itself is right in the thick of it, just a short stroll to the beach, cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs, as well as Manly oval and Manly Ferry wharf. Getting Around: Although the apartment comes with its own secure parking, public transport options are also readily available. The easiest way to get to Sydney’s CBD (Downtown) is on the Manly Ferry, which is just a six minute walk from the apartment and will take you over the harbour to Circular Quay, home to the iconic Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Alternatively, there are bus services available which will take you into the CBD via nearby shopping hub Warringah Mall. Other Things to Note: * An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site. * Have you got a baby or an infant traveling with you? We’ve got you covered. Contact us, as we can also provide you with baby items (on availability and additional cost). We offer excellent package rates for two or more items. * A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately. * Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 2 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared. * Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.
