We had a wonderful stay in the coquillage apartment and had everything we needed and more. The owner had put a lot of thought into the presentation of the living areas and it was a perfect place for our stay in Cronulla. The kitchen was well supplied with what we needed, the bathroom worked really well for the family and kids baths, and the living areas were very comfortable and cool even on hot days. It was also perfect to have a washing machine in the apartment with everything we needed for the laundry and a short walk round the corner of the building to the clothes lines. The park (Shelly Park), it’s play area and beach (Nun’s Pool) across the road were great for us and the children, being so convenient. It was also a short walk to local shops and cafes, a nice coastal walk (or quicker road route) to bigger shops/Cronulla CBD and a short walk to the train station for days out in the city etc. We would definitely stay here again. A home away from home!

Lovely apartment in amazing location, had a great holiday. Very clean and light place, perfect spot opposite park, beach, rockpool and right next to coffee shop and local store.

Very close to a decent beach, North Cronulla is sandy and clean. Corner shop is a short walk down the road along with a cosy cafe. Cronulla train station is a twenty minute walk away or $10 AUD in an Uber. The apartment itself is very pleasant with a lovely balcony. The kitchen is a bit small, there’s no proper oven and the microwave is tiny. The wifi can be quite slow although it is included in the price. Overall, a lovely, pleasant stay and would definitely recommend.

This was the second time we stayed here, it was perfect, the beach was just across the road, and there was a park, perfect for my 8 year old granddaughter, will be back next year I hope .

The property was as described by the owner and was priced perfectly for the location and grade of the property. Bed linen, towels and a top-loader washing machine were all available which is really all you need in a self contained apartment. There was access to drying areas to the rear of the property (take a torch if bringing in washing after dark). The information and service from the owner, all by e-mail, was efficient, informative and friendly which is a big plus for peace of mind when booking your holiday. The location of the property provided an excellent base for exploring NSW by car or public transport. There was adequate on-street parking, albeit our stay was in the quieter winter months. A short 10-15 mins walk to the railway station provided reliable train services into Sydney. The property is situated on a quiet residential area with park and ocean views and access onto the promenade walkways which are busy with joggers and walkers. Cronulla provides a variety of shops and restaurants which should suit all tastes and also an excellent beachfront with cafes and coffee shops. If you are looking to explore and use Cronulla as a base then this property provides a comfortable rest place on a budget. The bathroom and kitchen areas could benefit from a general upgrade but this can be overlooked by focusing on the budget price and the location that this property has. I would definitely stay here again and also recommend to anyone else visiting the area.

Very friendly host. This holiday let is in a handy position to parks, bus route to Cronulla train station and the shopping centre. It also is across from a great park for children and the walking Promenade that follows all the bays in cronulla so great walking tracks. Cronulla is a brilliant summer holiday destination with endless food outlets to suit every budget and nationality. It has great rail links to the city of Sydney about 40 mins away. Accom provided bedding, dishes, kitchen patio lounge WiFi and starter needs such as toilet paper and dish wash etc. Would have preferred top sheets on bed, more towels and real soap for bathing. But other than that this was a fabulous reasonably priced holiday let that we heartily recommend
