Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: Lampeter is the smallest and oldest university town in Wales, and boasts a fine selection of small, locally-owned shops. It's also home to a museum, a Welsh quilt museum and has a wealth of tea rooms, pubs and restaurants, regular markets and a fine food festival. Surrounded by beautiful rolling hills and rivers, the area is ideal for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers.
I've just stayed here in may 2019 with 13 other friends,this house is in a quiet location off the main road approximately 1 mile from Lampeter the owner John is very helpful and is happy to help arrange or give advice you can walk to town but road doesn't have footpath all the way or you can just walk via the farm fields and tracks. The House has everything thing you could possibly want from games room and games for the kids to hairdryer in a couple of room to iron ironing board dishwasher washing machine etc and a great place to stay and entertaining you're group of friends or family our group are very well traveled and stayed in some fantastic but also some beautiful places and I believe if this place doesn't make you happy with everything it offers I think you must then be the type of person who wouldn't be happy with anything it's just such a beautiful house in a lovely location....

Beautiful, spacious and well equipped holiday home
Thoroughly recommend Dolau Farmhouse for a large family or friends get-together. Lovely rural setting with lots of space for children to play (lots of games equipment provided) within easy reach of the coast, NT attractions and lots of beautiful countryside. Easily accommodated 3 families (totalling 13) with a very well equipped kitchen with dining table that can seat 14 and plenty of bathrooms and showers. Plenty of space for chilling out including a sunny terrace with BBQ. Loved the Easter decorations, yummy Easter cake & chocolate treats plus tea / coffee / milk on arrival. John the owner was very helpful and welcoming with tips for places to visit etc.

This farmhouse is perfect for a large family get together. It is well equipped, very comfortable and in a good location for exploring this part of Wales. We loved the extra Easter touches.

Family holiday
Stayed here with 14 of my family members absolutely fantastic..so many lovely little touches that made us feel so welcome.it was my mums 70th birthday she lives in lampeter so it was an ideal location.they left flowers a card for her,anything we needed we just had to call and they helped straight away..
Lovely big farmhouse rooms were all very comfortable.would definately be going back next year.

Brilliant
The house was ideal for a large family, plenty of room, easily fit in 3 generations. It was spotlessly clean with all you needed in the kitchen. Although weather was not ideal there was plenty to do indoors, pool table was a hit along with extra televisions!
Would recommend this house and would love to come back.
