Glasfryn: Coach House

Overview
Cottage -
5 Bedrooms , 3 Bathrooms , Sleeps 10
Pwllheli, Gwynedd, North Wales, Wales
“What an idyllic location, peace quiet and an ever- changing vista full of wildlife. Loved watching the sheep whilst sitting on the wall down the lane with the sun setting behind the hills. The Coach House absorbs everyone into it like a comfy sofa – rooms to hide away, and rooms to be sociable.”

This charming house sits among pine trees and formal grounds with clipped beech, box and yew hedges. There is a large garden to the back of the house which is perfect for al-fresco dining in the summer whilst marvelling at our views. The Living Room overlooks the garden and has comfortable leather sofas and a large log fire (we provide our own logs). The Kitchen is well equipped and leads onto the Dining Room which has been lovingly furnished with family antiques. The oak refectory table has plenty of room for 12 and is perfect for long suppers...

Great cottage! Lots of room for a family of three generations so we could all have our own space to chill. The weather was wonderful, and there was great garden for football games for the three nieces. My Netherlands dwelling nieces are under the impression...More

About the neighborhood
If you stay at Glasfryn Cottages we suggest that the first port of call should be Glasfryn Activity Parc, Bowling Centre and Cable Wakeparc which is closeby and where there are a huge number of leaflets for local attractions. Also our award winning Glasfryn Farm Shop stocks delicious ready made meals and supplies delicious holiday hampers.

We recommend to most of our visitors that they should walk up Tre'r Ceiri, an Iron Age fort on the hill near Llanaelhaearn. It's about an hour and a half round trip with fabulous views of the peninsula on a nice day.

A bracing walk on the 3 miles beach at Pwllheli is always a favourite as dogs are welcome.

Or walk along Nefyn beach and warm up at the delightful Ty Coch Inn on the beach.
