Interaction with guests: We are on site to help & offer advice on anything, as well as sorting out any niggles quickly, after all your holiday is of paramount importance to us. Our self-catering holiday cottages (unlike cottages booked through Agencies) are our businesses and not second homes, we do all the cleaning and maintenance to ensure that they are of the highest standards. There are no hidden extras - we include all linen (ie sheets with beds made up for you, towels, T towels, oven gloves etc.) and electricity/heating in our prices. We also provide a 'Starter - Welcome Pack' consisting of bread, milk, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, free range eggs, plus soap, kitchen roll, toilet paper, washing up liquid and where appropriate dishwasher tablets.

Delightful and welcoming
Wonderful location. Easy access to many beaches and 10mins from Abersoch. Lovely house. Loved the simple things like the have milk bread and tea available when you arrive. The BBQ and tumble dryer, run as an honesty pot. Excellent value for money.

Bragdy Wern is a well converted brewery in stunning surroundings with very good amenities.
Bragdy Wern is set away from the other holiday lets at Wern Fawr. It provides plenty of space for a large family to enjoy each others' company without tripping over each other. It has the benefit of a beautiful open garden play area for children and walks though the woodlands owned by Alan and Helen. The children also enjoyed feeding the ducks, guinea fowl, hens and horses.

Great family cottage
Our family of 10, stayed here and we were really impressed. It had tons of room and the owners were so accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped and living room seated us all. Also great as it accommodated our elderly relative who could not use the stairs. It had a two bedrooms on the ground floor with its own bathroom. Would highly recommend this property.

Great Accommodation & Surrounds
We booked this for a family birthday so there were people of all ages ranging from 2 to 70 (10 in total) and 2 dogs. Everyone loved the accomodation and the walks through the onsite forest were great !! The walk down to the beach was aslo lovely.

Fantastic in every way!!
Perfect cottage for our annual family get together. This cottage has absolutely everything - with its own woods as an added bonus!! Great location, able to walk to Llanbedrog beach directly from the cottage. Thank you so much for letting us stay. Can't wait to come back :-)

Perfect in every way.
Beautiful house,everything we needed, 10 of us plus dog. Hosts/owners live onsite. Very attentive without being intrusive . well maintained gardens,lovely flowers. Just perfect.

Perfect Cottage
What a fantastic place to stay, a bit of luxury for a 80th Birthday weekend for our mother-in-law. 5 adults and 4 children from 4-15 years of age. All had a great time, lovely accommodation, great facilities in the cottage, lovely grounds to walk around including acres and acres of woods, we couldn't ask for me. Lovely meals in the local pubs, averaged prices . A great beach, café open by the beach which makes amazing hot chocolate. So thank you Helen and Alan, we'll definitely be back, planning next year already.

10 in Bragdy Wern, 2 in the Garden Room
The site is perfect- it is a rare quiet haven within the hustle and bustle of Abersoch. The grounds are stunning and the upkeep of the properties is top notch- so clean and real quality appliances- the fire was a real bonus. It's just a short walk from Llanbedrog. I'd recommend the cottage for any big groups; the 2 lads in the b&b within the main house also had a blast and really enjoyed their breakfast. We will most certainly return for future celebrations and future cycling trips. Thanks Alan and Helen!

We are conveniently situated for all Pen Llŷn Peninsula has to offer from its mix of culture and heritage, traditional farmsteads, little ports, beaches, bays and sea-cliffs is quite unlike anything else you’ll find in Wales – or elsewhere, for that matter. Little wonder, then, that the coast is a protected ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’. Walk it by following the Llŷn Coastal Path (now part of the all-Wales Coast Path) or enjoy activities which range from walking, water-skiing, wake-boarding, paddle-boarding, sailing, golfing, scuba diving or just someone who wants to lie on the beach. Rural location so a car is essential although there is a bus service available and the nearest railway station 5 miles away is Pwllheli.

How to get there
From Pwllheli, head out on the Abersoch Road (A499). Approximately 4 miles later you will see a sign for Llanbedrog on the left. Follow the road and at the top of the hill (opposite a pub on the left called GLYN-Y-WEDDW ARMS) turn right to the village centre sign posted ABERDARON B4413. Follow the road for approximately 1 mile past Ysgol Llanbedrog School on the right until you reach a road on the right called LON PIN. There are signposts on the right of this road for Wern Fawr Manor Farm and for the clay/archery school. Go along this road for approximately 1 mile - passing 'The Shooting School' (Wern Newydd) on right and take the next turning right. The signpost is just before our drive - Turn RIGHT and follow the tarmac road bearing left at the stone barn, past some old buildings on left. Go down the hill and Wern Fawr Manor Farm is in front of you. Please hoot your horn on arrival as we could be anywhere in the grounds! For those of you with a satellite navigation system in your car - your need to type in Lon Pin for the Road name and LL53 7PH for the Post code. We suggest you travel through Pwllheli and then on to Llanbedrog otherwise the satnav will direct you through many little country roads.
